John was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. He responded to my original request the same day and was able to visit and offer prices within 24 hours. His prices are competitive and his presentation was professional. We had our old, crumbling front walkway replaced with a beautiful stamped concrete walkway. Once we confirmed pricing and scheduling, his team arrived and completed the work quickly. He communicated with us was during the process and was available for questions, and he responded quickly. It drastically improved our curb appeal, I’m really happy with the way it turned out. We appreciated that they were all courteous and cleaned up after their work. I’ll definitely all John for more work in the future.

Our experience with J. Vincent has been excellent! From the outset, it was clear we had chosen the"A-Team. " Our project involved removing existing landscape, before pouring a large stamped, multi-level concrete patio. When asked to "save" some of the plants (including bulbs, day lilies and a couple of small trees) for replanting, they were more than happy to oblige and all of these rescues are thriving. They worked quickly, efficiently and professionally, with great commitment to quality and wonderful camaraderie (not to mention lovely singing voices!) ; clear marks of a genuine and experienced "team. " However, teams are truly tested when there are problems. When we encountered a color match issue that wasn't resolved in the curing process, the J. Vincent team was committed to resolving it, going as far as removing the sealant and re-staining the surface, even bringing in extra help to make sure it was done to our satisfaction. Needless to say, we are highly satisfied!

We had the opportunity for a full back yard upgrade this summer, and decided on 2 different jobs through this company. The first was just a concrete patio extension off of our deck. The second was a walkway off of the new patio to an additional stamped patio we wanted to use for a hot tub.

I wasn’t sure what to expect as far as timing, design, layout, etc but John and his team worked with us through every step and brought my ideas to life and exceeded every expectation. They were FAST, and I mean fast, to get started with both jobs and completed everything within a few days. And, the quality of the patios is stunning. The guys working the job paid attention to every detail and did an absolutely fantastic job. They also make sure to seed the yard with grass seed so it covers any areas that are beaten down with the tools they need to use to bring their materials to the job site. We even asked for their help filling in the yard with more soil and grass seed and they were more than happy to help (with expected additional cost since to cover anything out of the original scope) with that when the job was completed.

John and his crew did a fabulous job on our property. We first had them install and guide us on a patio and sidewalk for a farmhouse remodel. He was very helpful on making it look as a part of the space. We had them return later to also redo our pool deck. Again the space looked great and he was very easy to work with.

We had our sidewalk put in by J. Vincent Concrete. John and his team were very professional, prompt and courteous. They did a fantastic job and the work quality was great. They took out some overgrown shrubs and removed the old slate walkway. The sidewalk needed to be built up as there was a big gap between our original sidewalk and front steps. The change to a new concrete sidewalk is amazing and beautiful. We were very happy with the results and can highly recommend this business.
