My car was involved in an accident. Giambolvo took care of the repair and did an excellent job of restoring my car. Their communications were excellent. They made sure that I knew how it was progressing.

Took my brand new car in for body work after a small fender bender. Maurice was very professional and efficient. He explained what to expect and was spot on with his estimate of time the repairs would take. Other than a very slight cosmetic oversight that is going to be repaired, my car looks brand new again. Do not i repeat do not take your car here. My car was in perfect condition other than the small dent i had them fix. My vehicle came back with scratches to the sliver trim with some type of spots i can not identify or remove. I now have deep scratches in my back window and my car is making weird noise and driving funny. The two ladies in the front are extremely rude. Well never take my vehicle to anyone affiliated with them.

Overall the past week between service and body shop work wasn't done right service I had to drop it off twice because the alignment wasn't done when asked but paid for it the damage still isn't right was told the heat will fix it and now my a/c went out and for all this they walnt even give me a loaner or something to make up for it.

My experience was horrible. I’m still tryna get my car back to the way it was before it was turned over to these people. They stole good parts of my car and touch things that had nothing to do with the accident. My ac doesn’t work anymore after their so called “condenser” replacement. It now feels like something is bent on my driver side wheel and like something is dragging under my car. Car is overheating now why? Didn’t do any of this before I took my car to these people. You sure did charge the hell out of my insurance and took my out of pocket money and gave me something I didn’t agree to pay for. My car will never be the same neither will my premium or my life. Worst mistake ever.

Took my car in for some body work after a deer ran right into it. Stupid deer! These guys are great, not only with the quality of their work but also with the communication throughout the process. They let me know up front that the front end could take some time coming in (supply chain issue, don't cha know.) The part cam in sooner than expected and I had my car looking great again in no time. I highly recommend Bill and his crew for all your body work needs!

Professional service. Kept me informed about the repair each day with a text. Bill was very helpful. My front license plate was damaged and they took the time to flatten it and repair as much as they could. I would recommend them.

My son did significant damage to my Mazda CX5. It now looks like new. My car was even completely earlier than expecte. Very easy process and excellent workmanship. Thank you Jack Giambalvo.
