Made an appointment 2 weeks in advance for recall work, and added some some regular maintenance on top. Arrived for the appointment and was then told once they already started the work that they didn't have the parts for the recall. Had to schedule a second appointment. I am disappointed no one verified the parts for the recall were not available at any point in the 2 weeks between I made the first appointment and I arrived. Instead they wasted my time with a second appointment.

My trunk would not open after a bday breakfast with my grandma who just turned 90! Her walker was in the trunk and she couldn’t get her out the car/go home without it. The service center reassured us that they would get it open and made arrangements to have her in the ac while we waited!

My first experience with Jack Giambalvo was not a good one. I scheduled an oil change in advanced and dropped the car off the night before. The day of the oil change we heard nothing all day until we called at noon. They said they were pulling the car in then. Called back a few hours later and they said the car wasn’t done but would be done by 4. Arrived at 4 to find out the car was never serviced. They rushed to get the car done while we waited. Only giving two stars because they did give us two free oil changes. I hope others have better luck.

I enjoy taking my car their for service they are awesome and they take there time and do a great job and the staff are very friend as well and the prices are great and affordable.

On point. That's how i feel Giambalvo Hyundai to be. Quick, efficient, and professional. I have a 2011 Sonota limited. Super nice car for the year. Comfortable driving and all the mini luxuries to boot. They took care of the recalls and my inspection and found a small gasket leak. Quickly ordered a new gasket and installed. I plan on buying a another Hyundai in the future and i will buy it at Giambalvo.

Friendly staff but if u don’t get approved or when wrong or make mishaps they act nonchalant as if nothing happened or they wasn’t wrong. Like keep that same compassion even if I can’t get the car.

What an awesome buying experience. From the minute that I contacted them through email, to the day I walked away with my brand new car. The 2 Ed’s were phenomenal in assisting me with what I was looking for, without being the normal “pushy” sales guy. Loved the way they interact with their customers as well. I would definitely recommend Jack Giambalvo to anyone looking for a vehicle.

My mom and I have been using Jack Giambalvo for as long as I can remember. We usually deal with Matt Minnich and when I had a friend back into my car, I reached out to him to see if the body shop would be able to help me. He gave it high praise, and I’m so glad this is where I took my car. Almost every single employee was genuinely helpful and friendly, and my car came back fixed and cleaned! I even called the day before it was fixed to ask for an ETA as my employer was being difficult with my hours. I did not expect to get a concrete answer, but Maurice was very helpful and understanding. He helped me to the best of his ability and told me what was left to be done and supplied me with a realistic estimate, that ended up being beat! It was ready a day before it was slated to be, which was fantastic. My only issue was with one of the receptionists whose name I believe was Terri. Every time I dealt with her she seemed to be in a bad mood. She was very short with me on my first call, and if I didn’t know how great the work here was, I would have hung up right then and called another shop. I spoke with her three times over the course of my car getting fixed and she was just as unpleasant each time. I understand that people have bad days, but being the voice of the Collision Center, she was not the friendly voice I was hoping for. On the day I called to schedule my appointment, she claimed that they never deal with Donegal, my insurance, which I knew to be false as my mom had her car in a few months ago. Also, the appraiser contacted the shop directly for a quote, which was listed in the appraisal, but she insisted, quite rudely, that they had never received a call from the gentleman who did the appraisal. On the day I picked up my car, two other very friendly employees were trying to get me my paperwork, but she grouched at them that she “wasn’t finished yet”. I was in no rush, and these other employees were just trying to give me the best service possible. I get that people have bad days, but three times she was rude and disrespectful which is why I am only giving four instead of five stars. Anyone who didn’t know the quality of work here would have been immediately scared off from calling back, I know I almost was. I will, however, continue to come to Jack Giambolvo. I have always had great service in the past and I’m not going to let one person ruin that for me.

Always very professional. Everyone seems very knowledgeable, friendly and welling to help. I have gone about three times and it has always been the same. Very nice people.

They did everything that they told me they were going to do. Only thing I didn't like was the whole rental car thing. Apparently, they could only cover for 1 day and and the car was in there for recall service for a week. Other than that, they're pretty reliable.
