No Hassel buying experience. I just bought my 2019 F20 from them. Easy process. Offered me what I wanted for my trade immediately. Will definitely go there when I'm looking to purchase a car or truck again.
I was driving with my father when his low oil light came on in his Subaru. He pulled over which just happened to be Jack Metzer Ford’s parking lot. My father got out and immediately the employees from Jack Metzer were out helping him open the hood and checking his oil level. It wasn’t very low but after checking to make sure the sensor wasn’t loose they grabbed a quart of synthetic oil and topped it off for him. Three different employees helped him and each were friendly and helpful. A few minutes later we were on our way. Not only were these employees quick to help and friendly, they didn’t even charge my dad anything at all and gave him the rest of the oil that he didn’t use. All this and it wasn’t even a car from their dealership and it was after 5. I was very impressed with this dealership.
I’ve purchased 2 pickup trucks, 2 Volvos, and a VW from Jack Metzer Ford. Their sales staff is not high pressure. They are knowledgeable of the vehicles they sell and very helpful in filling your vehicle needs. I’ve always been pleased with their service dept. Vehicle is always ready when promised.
