BUYER BEWARE. Ask every question needed upon sale because they guarantee warranties but omit the conditions pursuant upon the warranty.

Horrible. Every experience has been horrible. We were sold into more expensive tires based on a guaranteed warranty of 65000 miles, we had only put 30,000 on the car since purchase. Could not pass inspection because front tires were bald.

THANKFULLY THE MECHANIC AT J&R is HONEST! Did not charge us for inspection because he noticed right away.

We reached out to Jack William's about our warranty to fix the problem and the crooked associate told us the warranty only holds up if we rotate the tires every 5,000 miles. COMPLETE OMISSION WHEN PURCHASING THE MORE EXPENSIVE TIRES. We bought them because of the security of the warranty.

Liars, scammers, poor guest service anytime you walk in. Go elsewhere.

I blew a tire along the thruway around 20 minutes away from Jack Williams. It was 30 minutes from closing on a Saturday and I was desperate because my daughter and I would be stranded about 3 hrs away from our destination for the rest of the weekend. When I explained my situation to Cecil, the manager who took my call, he promised to do the best he could to stay open later in order to help me. Cecil was kind, reassuring, and very professional. He showed me the condition my other back tire and explained how he would not feel that I would be safe finishing my journey. He sold me the last tire of my kind that was actually a display model off the floor. I recently purchased tires and know that it was a reasonable price. I am SOO appreciative of Cecil and Lou, the mechanic, for taking the time to stay open an extra half hour to help!

Great service A+ blow my tire coming from NJ jack Williams was able to give me a brand new tire at a great price to get me back on the road.

It was Friday, July 2. Our alternator gives out as were going through the Delaware water gap on route 209. We finally get Park Rangers to help us find a tow service and to suggest a place to take the car. This is the shop they take their vehicles to, and they suggested it.

It was too late for the shop to be open, so we spent the night nearby. I sent a text to the company, and got a response early the next morning. Not only did the crew find and replace the alternator before 9: 00 AM on the Saturday of a holiday weekend, but they drove us to a nearby café so that we could have breakfast while we were waiting. It turns out that they book lightly on busy weekends so that they can help those that are passing through with car trouble. Mike and the head technician did amazing work, were friendly, and made a really potentially unpleasant experience into one of those weekends where you are reminded that there are truly good people in the world. If this shop were close to home, I’d be a loyal customer. Highly recommended.

Finally! After over 5 years and about 6 sets of tires for my vehicles I've found some place that knows what they're doing in the tire business. After multiple fails with Mavis tire i decided to give Jack Williams a shot, and they exceeded my expectations. You would be shocked at how many places don't know how to properly mount a tire for best balancing. Jack Williams Marshall's Creek location took care of my truck, tires mounted properly with minimal weights needed, no scuffs or scratches on my wheels, and no excuses. Without a doubt my new go to tire spot.

Jack Williams place is accommodating at a moment's notice for tire and inspection/ corrective services. My problem as diagnosed was not solved with the recommended service, got awesome power after tune-up, still engine sputtering, so to the dealership I go!

They were very fast honest and professional they re balance my wheels on my car and got my tire light off at the fair reasonable price definitely would recommend friends and family.

Phil, Mike and Jerry are the absolute best. All three are honest, tell you like it is and are cometely upfront. They work with you when their Schedule is jam packed and fit you in whenever possible.

AMAZING place- My husband and I took a trip to hike at Bushkill Falls. When we left the parking lot, we noticed our tire was completely flat. We had a 2 hour trip back home and couldn't drive all the way on the spare. We called tire shops in the area and Phil from Jack Williams was the only one that would help us out (it was close to everyone's closing times). When we got there he stayed late and showed us exactly what was wrong with the tire and gave us what we needed to get home safely for the cheapest price. All 3 men that helped us from Jack Williams that night were genuinely nice, honest, good people. We are so thankful!

They took me fast but I went for an inspection and can't figure out the need for him to look under my hood of the car? Also he had a bottle of what I think was windshield cleaner and poured something but when I got home my windshield cleaner container was empty

Always friendly, honest and trustworthy. Multiple sets of tires on multiple cars, never had an issue with the service or work.

I have brought my Hyundai vehicle to Jack Williams Centers several times and they were friendly and professional. If I had to leave my car they would call two or three times with updates and let me know what they found wrong with the vehicle, how much it would cost and that it was my decision if I wanted the work done. I never had any problem with the work they did and I trust them to work on any other car I have and will highly recommend them.

Jack Williams in East Stroudsburg is my go to shop for tires and inspections their service is always a cut above. Made an online appointment and was in and out in less than 15 minutes with my inspection
