They took care of my tire change over as soon as I arrived and had me on my way in 30 minutes. Good service, I will use them in the future.

The manager was rude we dropped off our vehicle for a patch. He called us back to say the nail was on the shoulder of the wheel. I’ve come from a family of mechanics and tried to explain that it was not on the shoulder but he kept saying the only option we had was to buy 4 new tires. Way to up sell! I am going to patch it myself but I would avoid this place at all costs and the manage who hung up on me too

People are working. For the customer, the kid that work on my truck was professional young man, it was a pleaser, thank you

I was in need of a battery this morning and Jack Williams was able to install a new battery promptly and at a reasonable price. I was in and out within 30 minutes. The staff was professional and courteous. I would recommend Jack Williams again to friends and neighbors

Price on tires were reasonable. Labor was literally double the price of my usual mechanic. On top of that they said I needed a new hub because the tech couldn’t get the lug nuts on. Tried telling me “the tire would fall off as soon as I rounded the corner. ” Literally I grabbed new lug nuts, started them by hand, and tightened them with a tire iron. Drove 45 miles to Wilkes Barre without any tires falling off. Avoid like the plague. In fact, avoid any chain tire center and go straight to an independent. You’ll save some money, likely have someone more honest (and experienced), and you’ll be helping to keep a small mom-and-pop shop in business.

Service done correctly but their prices are too high. Recommend you go to different places and get other price quotes instead of just going in. Yes they will do their job right but you will be paying a lot more. So find another place that does good work for less money.

Four stars because the prices seem a bit high and the length of time to accomplish the services was long. The technicians should be cognizant that the customer is waiting in their waiting room for their vehicle and just hadn’t dropped it off. Otherwise, all in all, the front desk staff are nice and the waiting area is clean and comfortable.

Saved the day! Got in immediately on a Saturday for an untimely flat tire and the staff here as usual went above and beyond. Other tire shops wouldn’t even take us because of appointments.

They damaged the TPMS sensor in wheel. They lied saying it was a different sensor. Went & had car dealer fix it. Horrible customer service. Will never use again.

Completely useless. 2 1/2 hours for 1 tire AFTER setting an online appointment. Ended up going to Mavis just down the road.

My tire was leaking air and the Mount Pocono location took me with no appointment. I only waited about an hour and they found a small screw in the tire and plugged it. Very friendly staff. I’m a very happy customer!:)

Abysmal service. Won't call you if your vehicle is ready to pickup, they are bothered whenever you call them. Did 1000$ of work to one of our vehicles just to have them say the motor is no good and to get it out of there. They don't even know if your vehicle is at their garage and too lazy to walk outside to check. Also they will only do simple work.brakes and tires maybe oil change if they can even handle that. Otherwise they tell you to go away. Worst shop around.

A few years ago we were at our vacation home in Pennsylvania for a couple of months. I needed air in my tires for my return trip to FLA and Jack Williams was the only place that would give me free air! KUDOS.
I decided then if I ever needed tires this was where I would go!
I was certainly not disappointed! They were extreme helpful in helping me determine the best tire for my purposes, gave me a very competitive price, informed me of a rebate that was available, and did an absolute PERFECT job in the installation.
I did need an alignment for which they had a dollars off coupon and my car has never driven this smoothly in my memory.
Thanks to all the wonderful people at Jack Williams in Mount Pocono. I would highly recommend.

We were traveling from NY our car just died on the road. AAA gave us there telephone number, my husband was able to start the car, but there was still a problem. Well we got to Jack Williams, and they were so accommodating, I really thought they would say they had no appointments available, but they gave an appointment to do a diagnostic on the car and found the problem. All I can say is that they were excellent, accommodating, helpful, & so much more. The staff was also excellent. Keep up the excellent work.
