This place is so much better now that Tim is the shop manager! He makes sure your work is done correctly and quickly. He also pays attention to detail and lets you know if he sees anything else of concern with your vehicle. Would recommend!

Jack Williams, specifically the Tunkhannock location, has always provided us with prompt and very good service. Whether we have an appointment or just walk in with an issue, they are courteous and accommodating. Billy is an asset to the company with his kindness and personal touch.

I went to get a tire patched after a nail had punctured it. The manager wouldn't even look my son and I in the eye let alone acknowledge us. This attitude seemed to trinkle down to the rest of the team because, when we said thank you, they got sarcastic and couldn't wait for us to leave. Never again will I do business with them!

Apparently taillights aren’t part of an inspection, and if you ask them to check something, they just won’t. In November my car went in for an inspection and winter tire change out. I asked them to take a look at the rear wheel bearings while it was in because I had been getting a hum from the rear. Made an appointment in advance, and explained what I needed done on the phone. When I arrived, I had to re-explain it, as nobody noted the work I needed, just the appointment. I TOLD them my left taillight was out, noticed on my way to the appointment by the person following me to the appointment for a ride. I gave them the rear brake work, figuring they’d be into it far enough they would definitely at least check out the wheel bearing concern. They called and said it was done. They inspected my car with a taillight out (never fixed an issue I told them about at drop off). I noticed a day or so later and replaced the taillight myself. In addition, they said they didn’t see any issues related to the hum I was hearing. The hum continued and Subaru warrantied BOTH rear wheel bearings a month later so I guess they just slap a sticker on it and do the work they feel like doing rather than actually listening to their customers. Never going back.

Stopped in because of a slow leak in a tire. They got my car right in, identified the problem (small screw), and fixed it quickly. Manager Billy and the technician who did the work were kind and helpful. Great service!

I was in the Tunkhannock store the other day and the staff was very helpful and friendly especially the manager Billy. The store was extremely clean and my car was well taken care of. I will definitely go there for all my auto needs.

I don’t recommend this place to anyone ever since Mavis took over it’s been a clown show I went in to get an oil change and filter I brought in two 4 quart jugs of my own oil I informed the guy at the counter to only put 6 quarts in my truck and leave me half of one of the jugs they proceeded to put all 8 quarts in my truck and when I informed them they messed up they drained out 2 quarts and said they would replace the oil they just had to dump out this was a month ago I’ve called 3 times and every-time I call I get “my manger isn’t in yet but when he is he will call you” used to be a great place to bring your vehicle but since mavis it’s just been a joke.

Recommend for sure! Jack Williams has taken care of me right away everytime I’ve had tire issues (3 times in the past couple weeks lol) Everyone is very kind and has gone out of their way to help me! Also shout out to Tiny working on my tire!

Let me just say I 100% would recommend this place to anyone. I was long over due for service on my car. I called to schedule an appointment thinking it would be a couple days before I would be seen. I was however very wrong. I got in 2 hours after I had called. I spoke with Nino the assistant and he got me in right away. I was treated with the up most respect, and care. They made sure to keep me very updated on what they were doing with my car, and they made sure to take care of the one thing I can't which Is maintenance on my vehicle. Nino and his crew made sure I was well taken care of. I will recommend to anyone.

After being told that they could dismount and mount aftermarket wheels and tires, I brought my service to them, which was my biggest mistake. Not only did they scratch 3 out of 4 of a $1,600 set of wheels, they also proceeded to not balance said wheels, broke a center cap, and claimed they weren’t trained. Their only remedy to this was 20 dollars off of an $80 service. This experience was nothing short of infuriating and left me with nothing but disgust. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

EDIT: I have spoken to your regional manager Dave Howells many times and have gotten nowhere. He proceeded to only pay for one wheel when I was told that I would be paid for the set or an equivalent amount. I’ve had more beneficial conversations with walls than with him.

Came back again service was great as usual. Timmy and Nino make a great team and I enjoy there service.bill wasn't so much as a good help but rude and inconsiderate and did not even try to help his employees.
