Had an appt for 9am for two tires and it was done around or before 90 minutes. Price was around what was quoted on the website. Overall I would go back again.

Was in a rush and needed a tire plugged and was glad to see Managers Jess & Theresa smiling and ready to help out. The car was handed over to Jovanny who wasted no time to remove tire and find a rusty nail, plugged & repaired. In-Out in 20 minutes. Outstanding Service! Thanks

The manager of this store knows nothing about mechanic.and Jess the know nothing lube tech try to sale me rear struts and my rear struts are brand new.he wanted to fight with me.and was going to call the police this store is selling parts cars don't need because the technician don't know if the parts are bad or good. I highly advise any customer looking for automotive repair not to bring their cars to Jack Williams in Easton PA do not ask Jovany the know nothing manager any questions because she will lie to you.

George at this Mavis good guy went over everything with me and asked to have the vehicle done by 12 price spot on! Good location just moved here from New Jersey and Jessica as well even asked me if she could help me but already established a customer relationship with George. Had 2 other cars there as well tires etc good peeps over there

Got me in within two hours on the same day for tire installation. A bit pricey but friendly service and did the job well. I’d go back for sure.

If I could give less stars, I would. This whole company is terrible. I got 4 tires put on a car my wife and I had just picked up. We didn't even make it 8 hours after we left the shop and my left front wheel came off, damaging the car, and the wheel. They were closed when it happened, so I emailed them explaining what happened. The next morning, both the store manager and the regional manager called me to apologize, and had me bring the car over to check it out. They gave me a number for a body shop, told me it would all be covered, and after checking over the car, they gave it back to me. 2 weeks later, we bring it to the body shop, and get our rental car, which they told me they would cover. I ended up getting billed 300 bucks for the rental car, and the regional manager seems to be ignoring my phone calls and email now. The body shop did an ok job replacing the destroyed parts, but they also took things apart with very little care. I had to take off the cowl around the driver side wiper to reinstall it properly. They broke the driver side door lock cover and glued it back on. It fell off already. And they also broke the window switch bezel and zip tied it back together before reinstalling it. I found the cutoff ziptie tails in the car. They also didn't even replace the mud guard that was on the wrecked fender, so now our car only has 3 mud guards. Not the biggest deal I guess, but it's a stupid thing to overlook. Don't bother taking your car the Jack Williams or Mavis (same company). Somebody could've been killed and all we got for compensation was a mediocre repair and a bill from Enterprise that they won't pay.

Absolutely hands-down best service and they were even able to squeeze me in last minute. I will never go anywhere else.

Rate them -1. I had a brand new tire under warranty which I told them They told me I had to handle warranty myself. Come to find out from other reputable tire resellers that is a lie. They should have filed my warranty for a free tire. Even worse they tried to sell me a NEW battery on a new car that was just dealer serviced. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THEM!

I bring my vehicle for a vibration issue thinking I need my tires balanced. Upon inspection I'm told all my calibers are ceased and I need to replace them along with my brakes pads and rotors. I get an estimate on over 2,500. I go elsewhere because they don't accept 3rd party warranties. I get a second diagnostic and all I need to do is replace pads and rotors for 1,300. You all should be aware of the scamming going on.
