Jack Williams Tire & Auto Service Centers, Harrisburg PA

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE.
I asked them to tell me why my car was stuttering, tell me what it needs to pass inspection, and why it makes a noise when I turn.
ISSUES WERE NOT ADDRESSED:
They kept my car 2 days and ignored my phone calls wondering what was going on. They replaced the battery without my permission. They did not check the other issues.
Did not address inspection, stuttering, or turning issues.

I was forced to pay $175 I was not ready to spend. I had no choice because I needed my car. Had they not kept it hostage, I may have been able to get them to put my old battery in. But I need my car immediately since they kept it past the time they promised.

I wish I had $175 to pay my real bills instead of being forced to pay for a battery I didn't need.

This once was a decent place, not now. I would recommend JWT if you have 4 hours to mount 4 tires and alignment. At the 2 hour mark I was told it will be finished soon. I now have a new definition of soon, 2 hours. I can cook a full meal in “soon”. At this location of JWT I was looking out the window at 3 other tire shops, within 1 mile there are 7. Take your pick you can’t go wrong….

The staff at this location are very knowledgeable and explained all my repairs to me without pulling my arm to buy something. Great job, folks! Will be returning.

Jack Williams is an outstanding tire and car service shop. To my surprise I got a complementary tire rotation and one tire needed a new valve stem and it was also done complementary. We take all our cars there and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thank you again and again to all the great management and employees of the Colonial Park Jack Williams! 09/17/23 took my F150 to Jack Williams this morning and not only did they provide outstanding fast service but Maria found some discounts and applied them to my repairs. Jack Williams is the only place I take my vehicles to. Jack Williams rocks! Thank you Maria!

María has this place rockin. Great customer service and practical advice. It’s amazing what leadership can do to turn a place around.

We got a flat toward the close of business for many places, or there was a three hour wait at others. We called Jack Williams and they said come right in. The mechanic had our car on a lift and we were out in less than 10 minutes. We talked about how amazing the service was for many times longer than we were actually there.

I have been a customer of Jack Williams for 10 years. They are very friendly, competent and do the work right the first time! I highly recommend them for all your auto and tire needs.
I have stopped going here. My oil light would come on about 3k miles after service. There was no oil leaking. After switching my service I discovered they were putting 5 quarts of oil in my Volvo instead of 7.2 that is specified in my owner’s manual. Fortunately I switched before there was damage caused to my engine.

Manager Steve is one hell of a guy he and his techs do great work and helped me out in a good amount of time
