Jack Williams Tire & Auto Service Centers, Hazleton PA

I recently had my car tire replaced at this shop. The service was incredibly fast, and the price was very reasonable. I'm impressed with their efficiency and affordability.

I called to schedule an appointment and they were able to see me same day! I am so thankful to the staff at Jack Williams! They were so helpful and considerate of my requests for price range and were overall very helpful. 10/10 recommend!

They are very honest and helpful and nice. I've walked into times already with tire issues they took me right in and took care of my issues. The first time I needed a plug, they didn't charge me. The second time I needed a tire, I got a great deal and they didn't charge me for the most expensive tire.

We had a slow leak in our tire, brought it in to be repaired. It was complete within an hour, and there was no charge. WOW. It was such great service, friendly people, and fantastic customer service. I will without doubt have all my tire service here! Would recommend 10/10 times!

Driving home from work, got a razor blade in my tire. Called 30 minutes after they closed and they still took me in and got me a new tire in 15 minutes. Super sweet big time hero!

My daughter came home from college and informed us that her light went on in her car indicating low tire pressure. After inspecting her tire noticed she had something in her tire. Called for appointment and being it was weekend we were worried they wouldn’t be able to fit us in, especially being she had a tight school schedule. They told us to come in ASAP and they will handle it. Well they did and fixed it within the hour. Thanks for the great service and thanks to the service manager. (000004)

Came in for tires and balance and had amazing service from the staff and Armando I recommend for all tire needs!

Fantastic service provided by Armando. Came up from VA to visit a friend of ours & caught a nail in not one, but TWO of my tires. Expected to have to find a hotel & stay there (which would’ve been completely unexpected & unplanned) but Armando got us back up on the road in NO time. Sometimes the tires for my car can be hard to find but he was fortunately able to just repair them both & send us back on the road within just 45 mins of us getting there! SUPER quick turnaround & best part there was not a SINGLE sign that someone had even worked on our vehicle. No grease marks on my leather seats, no fingerprints or leftover brake dust on my wheels, heck he even went as far as to clean them up a little before slapping them back on! Talk about quality service! Will make sure to spread the word & definitely remember them next time I’m in the area & need something. Ask for Armando if you ever go by!

Came after we caught a nail in the tire on our way home. A plug was $21.83 and the service was so phenomenal. They drove the car around to make sure we were all good. Highly recommended.

Got me in and out fast, mounted tires with zero rim damages, balanced perfectly, nice crew of guys and counter staff. Happy with my visit and would recommend them. I watched the professionalism with multiple customers while I waited.

I will never bring my car there again my brand new tires wore out at 20k miles due to their poor alignment job and made excuses and said it was my cars fault
