Called about a flat. Went there 5 min after calling and within the hour of getting there they got me in changed the tire and out back on the road

I walked in Without an appointment for an inspection. They were busy and short a tech burg they got me in and out in a few hours

I have used them a few times and was happy with the work done. Pleasant and competent and would recommend them.

Gotta say that Ross is great. He has a great personality. Because of him I would definitely be back. Service was great. Thank you guys.

Worst service ever, people working have serious issues. I will never take my fleet vehicles in for service to this place again. Scheduled an appointment 4 days prior to needing my winter tired swapped out, showed up and provided the customer service rep my fleet card which was expired. (all they needed to do was call enterprise fleets). The rep came running out and started yelling at me stating he does not have time to make phone calls. I could of taken my car to 10 other shops, I picked JW for professionalism boy way I wrong. The people working at JW should attended anger management classes and not be allowed to deal with customers.

I love gentlemen and the service in this branch.they are welcoming friendly.accommodating.knowledgeable and willing to share their expertise which is so helpful-appreciated by me.that is why i continued to do business there for the past twenty years!

Very efficient, pleasant, explained and showed me what was wrong with my car. Had it fixed promptly. Very pleased.

I would give them 0 starts if I could. I go there to get my tires done because I don't have a tire machine myself and they consistently over tighten my lugs. Whenever I get my car back and I got to do work on it I break a tool or strip my lugs. It is ridiculous.

50 minutes to do one tire when it takes twenty seconds to mount and balance. Poor time management. Correction now going on over an hour for a 3 minute job. Never going to another Jack Williams again.

I read some of the reviews here and have to disagree. I got screwed at a local Midas in town when I needed a repair. Went to Jack Williams and felt they were honest and fair. I guess its all about one's personal experience.

Great tire and alignment service but plan to drop off your car and pick it up later. Never got my car back sooner than 3 or 4 hours.

They did a good job and let us know what else was wrong with are car and the prices are pretty good on tires

Place is an absolute joke. Came in with sensor lights on for abs but truck was driving perfect. They Claimed they found a frayed wire and a 4wd vacuum hose off. Fixed it all and drove out had horrible vibration that wasn’t there before they touched it almost like the 4wd wouldn’t disengage. Asked them if they would replace the whole hub assembly and they told me they couldn’t do the work. They refunded me my money told me that they couldn’t tell if the truck drove like that before and told me to take it elsewhere. I will be calling corporate tomorrow for sure!

They were WONDERFUL, very professional and showed us what was wrong with our 1 tire. We took the tire to other places and no one could tell us why we were losing air but it took them literally 2 seconds to look at the tire and told us it was the tire plug. Plus we wanted our wind shield to be fixed so it wouldn't leak and they fixed it. Also we wanted our car to be inspected but they wouldn't pass us because we had big spots in our floor board that was rotted out so we had to get that fixed but they showed us everything and a lot of other placed never showed us what was wrong with our car. I'm completely satisfied with the service I got there and I would go back there! Plus they have good deals on tires, and if I every get a flat they with fix it for free so I can't complain.
