Staff very helpful with coupon questions and even with remodeling of store they were on time and completed inspection and oil change on time.

Every time I deal with Jack Williams tire I am pleased. They are the only guys around that know about Aftermarket wheels and tires. Always a happy customer.

Handled my inspection quickly. Friendly staff explained the process and the $5 coupon from the web was a nice bonus.

Called them during the day to see if my wife can get her flat fixed. Said they were pretty well booked but have her swing by. She showed up around an hour before they closed but they fixed her tire and installed it back on her car. Wonderful people to deal with. Will be back again.

Always a pleasure working with Bill. They installed my 8 inch BDS lift kit two weeks ago and did the retorque on the lift yesterday. The truck looks great and drives like factory.

I would rate no starts if I could. Came in for a tire check told me I needed tires and alignment. After picking up my car I looked at my bill. Was charged for a 1 year alignment and total tire protection what ever that is. I never asked for either of those. The alignment I did ask for but the 79.95 standard alignment. THey just added the other services without asking me. What a total rip off. I will never recommend them again. Time to get the BBB involved.

I have been doing business with the Whitehall location for several years. I have always found the staff to be courteous and they answer all my questions. It is most helpful to schedule repair work but if time permits, they will accept walk in repairs like a bad tire, an oil change or replacing a battery. You can usually find coupons online for various services.

Chad is very personable and helpful. I like going there, I can trust they'll do the job and do it right.

I have large and wide wheels and these guys have the experience. No marks on the wheels and black wheel weights too.

Eric, Chad and Jared are the most knowledgeable people in this industry and they never look to rip anyone off. I strongly recommend this shop for you automotive needs.
