3Called them and needed to get some information he was very helpful. Our family uses him for work when its needed
The work was fine. The customer service was not. I was charged 2 hours travel time when their main office is 31 minutes away (per maps). The owner did the work with another employee. I was told they charged me to compensate the workers. (The owner?) That was on top of a 2 hour Labor charge for less than an hour's work, plus a $40 service charge. Customers should be told about the extra charges before the work is done.
5 stars! This local family run business treated me just like family! Very quick to respond, knowledgeable, and went right to work to drill my well. Completed easily and fairly priced. Thank you Cindy, Terry and Jack!
