In 2021, I had Jack's Glass do another section of insulated glass. Professionals all the way.

We had Jack's Glass install our shower glass today which included a shower door and glass panels up and across the side of a shower bench and across the back side of the shower bench to the wall. They also installed a 32" x 60" mirror above our vanity. Chris and Jim did a great job on the shower glass installation and were very professional. The installation was completed in about 3 hours and everything was completely cleaned by Chris and Jim after the install. Then Chris spent some time with us going over the ways to clean the glass, provided us with the Diamond Fusion Warranty card and gave us some glass cleaner, microfiber towel and a squeegee. We definitely would recommend Jack's Glass for your glass/mirror needs.

Terrible! Ordered one piece of CLEAR plexiglass for an install in Maryland? When I arrived at the location in Maryland and removed the protective wrapping on the plexiglass to proceed with the install, I discovered they gave me frosted plexiglass instead. A total waste of money and time as I was not going to drive back to Allentown to return it. Thank God there was a Home Depot and Lowe’s near my location that saved the day with clear plexiglass. Not the same dedication and customer service as the old days when they were on eighth Street.

Very pleased with the service I received from Chris at Jack’s Glass for my main bath tub/shower sliding door. He did a great job in measuring for the doors and explained the reason for going extra high…which was a great idea! Unfortunately it took longer for the bronze finish to come in, but it was definitely worth the wait. Chris treated my home like his own. He made sure the walls were protected when he leaned the glass and metal frame pieces up against the walls. He meticulously cleaned the glass on both sides when he was done to make sure there were no marks or scratches on it. Put protective paper on my tub so he wouldn’t scratch it when he stepped in it. He is definitely a fantastic employee and worth the extra money. He explained all about the glass and the care because of having the Diamond infusion on it to me, before he left. I am definitely recommending them to friends.

Jack's installed glass sliding shower panes for my walk in shower. The installer was very knowledgeable about the care of the glass doors. The installation went smoothly and the result is stunning. Attention to every detail was the hallmark of a very professional glass installation. A glass shower care kit was included with the installation. I highly recommend Jack's Glass.

I had my car's windshield replaced at Jack's glass on 3/20/2023. They (mainly by Jason I assume) did great job. They said I might need to do calibration on the camera and sensors afterwards. But it turned out I don't need it since everything was put back perfectly as they were. Another big auto glass shop gave me a quote almost doubling the price given by Jack's glass, of course it included cost of calibration. Not sure in other cases, but for my car, if you put everything back as they were, the calibration part should not be necessary. Once again, great job, Jack's glass!
