I called Jack’s to get pricing on a suit for my wedding and George answered and I couldn’t have been more satisfied with his help. George has a great personality, gave me the time of day to help put together the perfect suit, and the price was awesome. It was a fun experience and I’ll probably be back to buy suits in the future! Best place to get tuxedos in the area, staff is friendly and accommodating. Have gone their for weddings, proms, and anything in between

Called a week ahead of time to give my measurements, I was told it was not necessary. Just needed to show up and it will get taken care of.
Showed up at opening to get my measurements done, I was inform by the employee the suit would be ready for pick in one hour.
I was pleasantly surprised… but that one quickly turned into over 3 hours of waiting around a rundown strip mall. If the employee would have given me an honest and fair time assessment, I wouldn’t be writing this 2 star review.
The prices are also outrageous. For a rental to run well over 200$, and to be jerked around….

Outfitted a 10 person party, greatly varying in size. Friendly fitting process. Excellent customer service. Will definitely use them again.

Stopped in to pick up tux, and was greeted with a great attitude, didn't plan on smiling the entire time with the jokes George has. 10/10 would recommend, the suit fit great too! And came with a free phot shoot

We had a horrible tragedy in our family and we rented suits for my beautiful daughters funeral and they were very patient with us and helped us so very much.

The worst possible alteration on a $249.00 suit rental. It was a special order suit for a prom event. The suit was fitted on Monday and picked up on Thursday in Monroeville. My daughter who has done a lot of business with Jack's is thoroughly disgusted with the quality of the alterations. The cost to rent the suit was extreme. It was expected that the alterations would reflect the high cost. The suit was embarrassingly ill fitting. The young man was in discomfort all through the duration of the event. The clerk who did the alterations made it seem like the whole issue was caused because the person fitted did not try on the suit after the alteration. If the alteration had been done properly in the first place there would have been no reason to complain.my daughter has spent beaucoup bucks in the past few years in doing business with Jack's on formal wear for my granddaughter and grand son's numerous formal events including dances, dinners, weddings, proms. Business will be taken elsewhere for any further formal wear needs. They are worth a minus zero star rating.
