Jackson Hewitt Tax Service, Waynesboro PA

Michael Zimmerman, at Jackson Hewitt, did my taxes. He was detail-oriented and knowledgeable of all of the most recent tax changes. He was personable while also always maintaining professionality.

I had an appointment at 2pm. They had their office closed during my appointment, and did not answer any phone calls. Waited for 30 minutes and no sign.

I usually don’t write reviews but I have to about this nice gentleman. I had a great experience the past 2 years. Michael the guy that prepared my taxes is very knowledgeable and respectful. He also took his time explaining every step of the way. He is very friendly and a very sociable guy. I would definitely recommend him. He makes you feel very welcomed and makes you feel like family. I’ve only known the guy 2 years but it feels like I knew him much longer. He’s very good with kids. I have a very active 1 and a half year old. And he was ok with my baby being all over the place. He’s very fast at what he does. I might have been in the office maybe 35 to 45 mins. For now on that’s who I will request to do my taxes.

He was amazing honestly fast efficient talked us through everything been going 10 years understood our taxes great with Micheal hope to get him again next year

This is maybe 2 or3 times going to Jackson Hewitt, and Ms. Kara has been just Awesome with me and Helped in so many ways. I truly would recommend her to anyone that will listen. Thank you Kara, see you next year
