We discovered Jacob Heating & Cooling when we were selling our old house, and we were so happy with the experience, that we decided to use them for regular maintenance at our new place.

We had an issue with our AC unit during the hottest weeks of the summer and they were able to come out quickly, despite a busy schedule. To my surprise, it was an easy fix and they had me up an running again within 30 min. At no point did they try convincing me that we just needed to replace the unit or sell us on more expensive service.

I also signed up for their annual maintenance plan, which includes general maintenance and inspections of the heating and cooling systems during the Fall and Spring. The owner called me up last week to schedule our furnace maintenance. David showed up on time for the appointment, worked quickly and quietly, described everything that was done, and gave our furnace a clean bill of health.

Installed a boiler and a furnace. Did everything they said they would do and registered my new heating systems with the vendor. I am waiting now for a quote on another system. If all contractors were was like them my life would be easy. Excellent!

These guys do all my furnace installs. Always perfect! They put in a hot water tank, top of the line and added an expansion tank that was never there. Couldn’t be happier with the service and installs.

We had an appointment set that didn't work for us, and Jacob Heating and Cooling fit us into their schedule and came out two days earlier than our initial appointment to diagnose the issue. Service tech was very friendly and was happy to answer all our questions.

Update - had some minor noise in our master bedroom due to a stronger air flow, JD & Pablo came out and installed new ceiling return and filter. Worked perfectly, no more noise. Awesome job fellas!

The service technician was very impressive. He knew what he doing and answered my questions. A true professional at his profession.

Technician came out today and after he left, my whole house is smelling like burnt plastic and switch on the furnace is hot
