I’ve never had better customer service! I called at 8: 45 pm with an issue and after a short hold time I was greeted by a live person…an answering service but none the less…I did not have an issue that warrented an immediate service call as I knew how to temporarily resolve it…however I received a call back unexpectedly from a representative of Jacobs Petroleum in less than 15 minutes even after being told that someone would get back to me the next day…to me as a service technician this is unprecedented customer service! 5 stars are not enough!
