3 Excellent Surgeon
BUT
Dr Told me He Does Certain Treatments.
Asked me to get X Ray's.
I Had X-rays done, same day as office visit, came back to office told them I had them done.
Dr & his Staff Never called.
Now I'm being told he does NOT do the Procedures.
I was getting Surgery, I Asked Dr to do Everything to Relieve Pain.
Artificial Discs, Vertabrae Spacers / Springs or Numb / Kill the Nerves,
He did not. I'm still in Pain.
Their Phone System is F-U, Screwed up, Dr NOT Getting messages.
I could not thank Dr. Jain enough for his excellent work on my father. Dr. Jain read my fathers MRI and called him immediately to take him into his care. Meanwhile, every other hospital (and believe me, I called about 10 Philadelphia and NJ hospitals) had a three month waiting period just for a consult. My father was in excruciating pain, unable to walk. Dr. Jain assisted him with a quick consult, even assisted in figuring out insurance issues, then operated within two weeks. The day my father woke up after surgery, he was able to walk and he never complained of pain again. That’s the greatest gift. I can never thank Dr. Jain enough for his kindness, excellent work, and going the extra ten miles to help a patient in need.
