Excellent food in a beautiful atmosphere. Felt like stepping back in time. The place reminded me of a tavern from the Revolutionary War period. Great service. Was my first time but not the last.

Highest quality food, rustic and beautiful atmosphere. It is pricey but the food is definitely worth it. Staff is knowledgeable and prompt. During nice weather, sit out back in their beautiful outdoor eating area. The calamari is a must!

One of my favorite local restaurants. Excellent food, fish and chips are excellent, as is the pasta. My husband loves the salads. Nice house wines. Cocktails sound interesting, although I haven't tried them.

Place was empty except for one other table. They sat us at a table for two against a wall next to the other customer and the bar where the waitresses loudly dished the dirt six feet from us when they werent stomping past us literally shaking tables.
Salad was nothing but spinach leaves and three stire bought croutons in the corner and two cherry tomatoes in the other corner. Ordered the lobster pot pie. Burned on top. Was so hot my wife was done with her meal before i could touch my food. Burned my mouth several times and still have blisters. Taste was terrible and barely any lobster in it. I can make burned toast and potatoes at home!
Told waitress and she said to dump it over onto a bread plate and kept stomping on her way.
Tried after dinner coffee and it not only hurt my burned mouth but tasted like reused grains from the early morning.
Was our anniversary.
Drove 40 minutes to come here.
I will not return.

Good place to go for pub food, service was great, and the atmosphere had that old tavern feel. Definitely recommend making reservations especially on the weekend and for dinner during the week.

Crowd, the Cook, and waitstaff sans the fabulous female bartender, have the tact, class level, and grace of some truck stop or a “Dennys”. The “Cook” needs serious training and I’d offer to pay, if needed.

Short ribs, as mentioned from an earlier post, is rancid and chewy. Maybe road kill, due to location? Our waitress was unbelievably rude, but, we continued to treat her kindly. Guest ordered filet medium rare and received it cold, WELL DONE. Waitress, once again, dismissive and rude and asked, “box it”? HA! The meal was not touched nor asked how our dinner was. I refused to pay (for the filet only) due to lack of basic service and consistent rudeness from a deplorable.

The “cook” came out and said I was banned? Hahahahahahaha.

Some advice, you’re a NOBODY who’s “cooking skills” LACK any taste and poorly executed! I see why the staff is incredibly miserable.

I’ll be back for a cocktail

Some of the best restaurant food I have had in recent memory! Their eggplant Parmesan is, by far, the best I have ever had. Desserts are super. I would be there more often except it is a good distance from my home so only really a special occasion place for us. Also, it is on the pricey side (most dinner entrees in the $25 range) but unlike most pricey places I have been to this one is actually worth it.

Absolutely wonderful restaurant with great history. Opened in 1745 and still operating today. Great menu and very accommodating friendly staff. Outside dining was incredible and very cozy and inviting. Inside dining was quaint and so full of antiques. Just so great!

Very nice restaurant and very friendly staff. We had an excellent dinner on a Wednesday night. It wasn't too crowded and we're sat right away with a reservation. The food was delicious and the desserts were extremely good. Don't always head to this area often but will definitely be visiting again for a great dinner.

A real gem with great outdoor dining. I don't know where they got their outdoor sun shades from but they're really well done. Being extra concerned about covid I can't stress enough how nice it is to find a place where you can be really comfortable eating in public. The spacing is good, the natural ventilation is great, and oh my is the food good! I also have to point out that the service is excellent even though they seem to be a little understaffed. We will be back anytime we're in the area.

Always delicious food, always great service! The indoor seating is rustic and elegant and the new outdoor patio is beautiful, spacious and relaxing. Great spot for an outdoor lunch.

Ambience was beautiful. Appreciative of the decor. However, the food was extremely salty, down to the butter. BBQ chili with sour cream was like eating a salt shaker. Short ribs ragu, meat was delicately tender, but the pasta was well undercooked, sauce was salty. The waitress, was slow, waiting 60 mins for the meal, personality of a stick, never even asked if we wanted dessert. When we gave her our drink order of just soda and tea, she snatched the menu of alcoholic beverages from my wife's hand, who was indeed going to order an alcoholic drink. Wife ordered fish and chips, fish was good, beer batter was extremely crunchy, chips again extremely salty.

Had no idea this place was here and am now looking to make up for lost time. Great cocktails and fantastic main course options all in a beautifully refined rustic setting.
Can't wait to go back and check out their outdoor space.

One of our absolute favorite places to dine for lunch or dinner. Food offerings are flavorful and top notch. Service is extraordinary. Favorite dishes are the Lobster Pot Pie, Filet, and the carrot cake is a MUST order!

My husband and I are new to the area. We moved to Green Lane in Dec 2021. We tried Jamison for the first time tonight and loved it. The food was delicious, the waitress was friendly and answered any questions we had, and the table decor was beautiful. Will definitely be coming back and bringing family with us next time. Wonderful experience.

Three of us had lunch there. It was very crowded. But we still had excellent service. The waiter was polite and attentive. The food was very good. It's one of the only places in the area for a niceer sit down lunch.

Went here for my husband’s birthday dinner. Our server Alyssa was great with our table, lots of patience. Food was great. This was my second time here, it’s a great time whether it’s a date night or a family dinner.
