Jamison's Towing Service, King of Prussia PA

Utterly horrible towing and customer service. Scamming and sketchy business that takes advantage of the vulnerable with stupid policies and connections to the police. Listen to every other one star review do not go to Jamison’s. I had my car towed after calling every other towing company and not getting an answer, I then called Jamison’s and they did not answer. I was not able to get a truck out until two police cars arrived on scene and then they took it to the police impound lot and could not tow it to my house because the police called them. Despite me calling them for my house first, which they denied. They then proceeded to charge me 480$ for storage and a 3 mile tow. They charged me 50$ a night for three nights despite the car only being there for one night when they were closed and told me I could not pick it up. When I asked for the policy they said they don’t have a policy that’s just what they charge. They also wouldn’t let us tow the car out ourselves and would not let us get the car out with the insurance after 4: 30 despite workers being there at 5: 30 and people telling us we could open the gate for the insurance at 5. Thus making us pay for another night of 50$ and bleeding me dry. A lot of sketchy police policys and horrible rude customer service. After a pretty horrible 4 hours on 202 Jamison’s was no help with their horrible rude customer service their sketchy tactics and their overpriced towing. They badly scratched up my van while in the lot and damaged the van cosmetically. I’m beyond angry and thinking about taking legal action but of course how do you take action against a company funded by the cops. JAMISONS WILL CHARGE YOU HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS AND DAMAGED MY CAR. GO TO K&S TOWING.

Very pleased with this company great services my trans blew on my 2018 Ford Flex and they got there really quick! My tow truck drivers name was billy very nice guy and very good at his work

I used this company to tow my car due to a flat tire a week or so ago. The driver that came to the rescue was named Billy. He was very kind and respectful. He came to where I was and was able to talk me through the whole process I would have to go through in case it was to happen again. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with this company and if I am ever in another issue I will be sure to call Jamison Towing again!

He was fast, knowledgeable, kind & made me feel safe after I came out of work at 9pm at night. He is truly awesome!

I broke down on my way home from work and the gentleman that came to tow my car was fantastic! Billy was the gentleman’s name and he was very helpful. I called and he was there quickly and explained to me what to do from there once my vehicle was towed. Fantastic help!

I got towed by this company a couple weeks ago and the tow truck driver was very respectful and helpful his name was billy. He told me exactly where my car was gonna be and when it would be there he even gave me his phone number just so I could call him and make sure everything was good. If I need a tow again I’m calling Jamison’s towing

Chris was very helpful and knowledgeable. My car was having issues with the battery and he was able to replace it quickly and efficiently. He was also able to educate me on signs to look for on a dying battery for the future. I hope I have Chris help me in the future when needing roadside assistance!

NO NO NO NO NO. DONT DO IT! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED! THEY WILL JERK YOU AROUND WITH DELAYS ALL DAY LONG. If you have all day to wait around and time is unimportant to you then by all means, call them. IF YOU WANT HONEST, RELIABLE SERVICE, THIS IS NOT IT! Good luck even getting someone on the phone. They just pick up and put you on hold over and over and over. UNPROFESSIONAL, DISHONEST, ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. JUST CALL ANYONE ELSE. DONT SAY YOU DIDNT KNOW.

They came out real fast to pickup my wife's truck and drop it off. Had a little trouble getting the paperwork for my Insurance company but we got it right pretty quickly. Thanks

Scheduled a tow to pick up a car I bought, never showed up or called me back to lmk they weren’t coming ‍️

I scheduled to have a forklift picked up and delivered with Brianna. We had agreed that she would pickup on Thursday 4/7/22. I called her on Thursday to confirm and she stated she needed to push it out to Friday 4/8. I agreed and told my customer they would pickup Friday. The truck never showed up and now they are dodging my calls. They have my credit card on file and I need to get this forklift picked up. I have left messages with Tiffany to have Brianna call me back to discuss. No calls have been returned

Had my truck in their lot for a couple days, come to find out they used my debit card for a $100 pizza run. No one else had access to my card at that time other than them, since my wallet was left there. Shameful and dishonest, and a expensive bill to boot.

We just had major flooding in bridgeport pa a natural disaster that was out of our control. This company towed vehicles that were damaged in the flood and are making people pay to get their vehicles from their lot. These people prolly have a lot more they have to pay for they basically lost everything and now have to pay for their own cars as well. Not ok you guys should've stayed strong behind bridgeport not extort them in an emergency have some heart and for everybody else dont use this company because they dont care if you just lost everything they'll still find a way to get over on you.

It took them a while to get to me, but the tow truck driver was cool as could be, so that made up for it. I'd use them again.
