Dr. Ko is friendly and professional. She listens carefully and gives answers clearly and compassionately. She describes what she is about to do during the exam and makes sure that I am comfortable. I wouldn't go to anyone else. I have recommended her to friends. She is supported by a wonderful staff, as well.

Totally incompetent office. If you care about your well being, find another office.

A law suit waiting to happen. This doctor should be sued after what she done to me. In a routine procedure he admitted that she did not do a compete job which was never discussed with me. For your safety find another doctor please.

Dr. Ko was absolutely amazing with helping me start and finish the IUD procedure. To this day I have no problems and she already scheduled a new appointment for me for check up. If people are writing about missing files and wrong perscriptions it’s not the doctor, it’s the people who work behind the desk. Although I’ve had no problems, she is a wonderful and very knowledgeable doctor who truly cares about her patients.

If I could give it zero stars I would. First of all they stopped refilling my birth control and said I needed to come in for appointment. I found that out when the pharmacy denied me my medicine. So I made an appointment and I'm the meantime they prescribed me some more pills but they sent it to the wrong pharmacy. When I did try to make an appointment they said I wasn't a patient there! I had to argue with the woman that I was and finally she found my file but I was not longer in the system. I have been to that doctor two times once this year and once last year and they don't even have my last appointment anywhere on file or any proof that I went. When I call back to get my birth control change to another pharmacy they never did it. I just waited until my appointment because I was going to change birth-control anyway. The appointment went fine and my doctor prescribed me the nouveau ring. When I went to pick it up at the pharmacy it wasn't there. When I called the doctors office to put it back in they had prescribed me the patch at a different pharmacy not my pharmacy. When I asked if they could call in the nouveau ring to my pharmacy the woman on the phone blamed me for them calling it into the wrong pharmacy! Then I went to pick it up and the pharmacist said that they had received a voicemail with the wrong instructions so they could've put my prescription in and when they tried to call back the office several times no one responded are picked up and they are yet to call them back! I'm over it I'm going to a new doctor!
