I found out after 12 years that the diamond on my wife's engagement ring was far below the quality they sold me. They use a certification company, IGI, that is known to inflate the grades of their diamonds. I had two independent jewelers literally laugh at my certification grades. There is a significant price increase when buying upper tier diamonds, so a 2 or 3 grade drop can be a couple grand difference, buyer beware!
The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because the service and staff were great.

When my husband proposed he gave me his grandmother's ring, but we bought our wedding bands at Jared's in 2015. Recently I got my five year anniversary band at a different jewelry store (only because the location was closing and sales were amazing). But when it came time to solder my rings, I knew I wanted to return to Jared's because of the amazing service we received in 2015. And if I thought my service was good then, they have truly out done themselves now! My heirloom engagement ring ended up needing some minor work done before they could solder all three rings. Matthew was great at walking me through what needed to be done and different prices and options available to me. Today I picked up the final product.and WOW! I can hardly stop staring at it! The fact that they take detailed before and after pictures really means a lot too! I will definitely be returning in the future as well as recommending them. I am a totally satisfied customer!

Recently got engaged he bought the ring at the McKnight Road location. I tried to call to make a ring sizing appointment and no one answered, had to call several times. Got someone on the phone and had some questions but no one knew the answers and kept contradicting themselves. Trying to reach the store again for additional questions and again, they aren’t answering. I will never buy from any Jared location again! When we look for bands, it will be from a smaller locally and family owned jeweler!

My boyfriend and I had an amazing experience at Jared’s on McKnight. The staff (Jordan, Matt, and Christine) were spectacular. After a few stops and lots of engagement band and diamond comparing, we walked out of there with the perfect ring. I want to specifically highlight Jordan and her efforts to find me the perfect diamond shape and size, at an affordable price. I highly recommend shopping there!

Matt and Christine are attentive, fun, and so very knowledgeable about their trade. They took all the stress out of engagement ring shopping and made our experience a memory in itself. Cannot recommend this team enough!

Christine is absolutely outstanding. Very friendly and helpful with all my needs. She always takes great care of me when I go in. Even for just routine cleaning and inspection. She treats everyone with the same respect no matter what your there for. Thanks for being awesome!

My wife and I stopped in to get our ring sizes. Matthew helped us out and he was friendly, professional, and fantastic. Helped us out, gave us advice, and didn't try to pressure into buying anything.

I've been going to Jared for nearly 20 years and have always had great service. They've upped their game recently when it comes to servicing pieces and it is a great step. Not only are they documenting what you bring in with pictures but they're emailing you the pictures along with the service tickets right away. Nice touch.

Every time I visit Jared’s I am always spoiled with such good service. The staff is so sweet and willing to cater to whatever I need. Kera, Angela, and Cat are the best they were so friendly and all three of them were able to help me with what I needed! So happy my hubby “went to Jared’s” the staff is just awesome as their diamonds!

Were able to resize my engagement ring within the day. I really appreciated that since I had just gotten engaged and wanted to show my mom. My only slight issue is they pretty much ignore you Until they
Have to talk to you I stood around like an idiot for a few mins until finally a nice jewel tech person noticed me and got me set up. Happy for what they did for me but the sales people are meh.

Always extremely helpful. They arent the cheapest jewelers around, however the insurance plans, having real jewelers on site and their ability to help me design every piece of jewelry ive purchased cannot be beat! They walked me through the design and build of my wife's engagement ring years ago. She wanted something that only tiffanys sold ad they own the design. The people that worked there were so incredibly rude i refused to do business with them. They also helped with each part from choosing the diamond, to band to the prong band (whatever its called). Have designed numerous pieces since!

I ordered 2 necklaces online. I was greeted at the door, Taken to the pick-up area, given one necklace and the other was wrapped. For once, I was in and out of the store in less than 5 minutes. Only because I did not shop for anything else for a change. I really enjoy this store and would recommend it to everyone.

I just want to say how truly disappointed I am in the customer service at Jared. I got my ring resized in October and it turned out perfect. I noticed a crack in the place where it was resized and decided to take it back when I was home in December. They fixed it for no charge which was very nice. Unfortunately I noticed that when I put it on it felt huge and it was thinned out, not as flawless. It fell off my finger twice when I was washing my hands so I knew I had to take it back (it even fits over my friends big knuckles now when before it did not). I took the ring back and asked it to be resized free of charge because of the 6month warranty. The lady told me that they could not resize it again for danger that it could hurt my ring. Then they offered to put size beads on it for $80. I couldn't believe they would charge me another $80 to fix something they had originally messed up. No amount of explaining changed their mind. They rather have a pissed off customer than take ownership for making a mistake. They didn't even offer to make it right. I will not be returning.

The best salespeople I've had the pleasure of working with. Knowledgeable and friendly. No pressure. Will do more of our jewelry shopping here.

My reason for coming into the store was to have jewelry checked, as I do every six months under the warranty.
While I was there, I asked about their selection of crosses. Samantha Syiek was VERY helpful. MOST important, she asked the right questions to help me make the perfect choice. The cross is just what I was looking for, at an affordable price.
That is why this company stays in business and has a wonderful reputation!

I bought a promise ring for my daughter she loves the ring. The service I received was just phenomenal. She was very formative in regards to the up keep of the ring. I had little ones and they had a play area for them while we shopped I will make all my jewelry purchases there
