Shawn was a great service man knowledgeable and friendly. Company jumped through hoops to get parts for the old Shipley and got her running. Would recommend these guys and gals to anyone.

The technician was respectful, knowledgeable and thorough. The area around the heater was clean upon completion of the tuneup.

Had appointment between 4-6 no one showed or called. I called and got the answering service and left a message for someone to call me the next morning. No one called but a service man showed up around 1: 30 luckily I was home. The problem was solved.

Jack. Provided the annual maintenance on our heating system this morning. Jack was very customer friendly. I informed Jack he was the first heating maintenance person that actually disassembled and vacuumed out the chambers.
Over the years this unit has been serviced by all the large companies in the area.
I'm very happy with the service from JC.and the team members that handled our acct.

I had called a well advertised company to look at my heater that stopped working and when he told me it was not worth fixing and left i wasnt sure where to turn, i have been getting oil deliveries from JC heating so i took chance and called them. From the minute the wonderful woman answered the phone, and the speedy delivery of oil and the awesome technician who did the repairs i could not be more impressed. Im so grateful for JC Heating, they didn't hesitate to help us when our heater stopped working even though we weren't contracted with them. They have an amazing team of people working there who i can not thank enough for having me up and running in just a few hours. Thank you again!
