I worked with Shelly Curtis-Bowden and she was phenomenal! She figured out quickly what I was looking for and showed me houses that fit my needs. It was my first home purchase and she led me through the process step by step and explained EVERYTHING! She was incredibly quick to respond to emails, calls, and texts, and made sure I knew what needed to be done to keep the process moving along. I closed in 6 weeks! Shelly was a TREMENDOUS help.

Cameron went out of his way to help us and make sure our real estate dealings were less painful.

We worked with Brian. He kept in touch with us throughout the process and made sure we knew what to expect next. He is very knowledgeable about the area which was helpful to us since we are new to the Northeast. He checked on the requested repairs to save us a two-hour drive to confirm the work. He gave us names and lists of local contractors, businesses, and others who could be helpful to us as we moved into our new home and community. We were very pleased to work with Brian and JC Warren Real Estate.

JC showed me multiple homes - although personal issues came up where i could no longer purchase a home - they treated me great and weren't 'annoyed' by the fact that i wasn't going to be able to purchase a home. Once im in a better position, im certainly letting them assist me in my home purchase. Hopefully that day is sooner than later.

This is in response to your previous response. Now come the lies to protect your errors and ego. There were no contentions between the buyer and ourselves that we were ever aware of. The attorney's office contacted us on March 9, the closing date, to let us know that the final walk through went fine. They just questioned about the garbage and the TV. We told them that is was being picked up by the garbage company that following Monday since we still had service with them until that date. We communicated immediately and consistently with the attorney's office regarding this manner, and they were more than pleasant to us about the matter. They even informed us that the trash was gone on Monday, but the TV was still there. We made arrangements for friends to pick up the TV. When they went to pick the TV up it was already gone. You left us in in the dark during the two weeks leading up to the closing date. You did not even attempt contact with us until a few days after closing. You left a message to call you back. We had nothing left to say to you at this point, nothing nice at least. If you had pertinent information for us, why didn’t you leave a detailed message in either voicemail, email, or text message form? You only attempted calling us one additional time to express your displeasure of the review we gave you. We actually had to contact you to find out what time the final walk through would be, two weeks before closing. You then responded by telling us that the buyer will be doing the final walk through on March 8 during the evening. This was news to us. We had already made arrangements with U-Haul for March 8 and planned to leave the following day since that was the day you told us closing would be. We would have gladly left on March 8 if you would have communicated that with us. Our agent here sent us detailed information when we were closing at least 6 weeks ahead of time. We left the house in excellent condition. Again, we had no contentions with the buyer, only with you. We removed everything in the house that the buyer wanted removed in the contract. Throughout the entire process, you acted like we never dealt with realty before. We moved two times prior to this and never were treated the way that you treated us. Whenever we questioned you about something, you always became quite defensive and arrogant. Even when our agent down here called to ask you some questions, you treated her with disrespect. She told us how you made the remark to her that you are a multi-million dollar producer. Our agent was the sweetest and most professional individual that a buyer could ask for. She kept us updated with pertinent information, and treated us with constant respect. She has been in the business before you could read and write and is a multi, multi-million dollar producer, but she would never go as low as you and throw that in someone's face when questioned. It's such a shame that you have to result to lying to protect your ego while attempting to make us look bad. That is completely unprofessional! You are in the business of potential criticism, and you have resorted in lies about people to make yourself look good. We planned on dropping you once our contract ran out and going with Nancy Shattuck Realty, the true real estate company that got our house sold. Fortunately for you guys, the offer to buy our home went through days before we were done with you. I just hope nobody else has to be treated the way YOU treated us. Unprofessionalism and lack of consistent communication is what we dealt with from you for nearly 6 months.
