JCPenney, Whitehall PA

I understand JCPenney as a company is aggressive on pushing their credit card on customers, but it doesn't give the cashiers the right to be rude. Instead of saying hello, the cashier said, "Phone number, please. " I said, "Thank you, but I don't have a JCPenney Card and I'm not interested. " She then preceded to say, "I was just trying to offer you the card for a 20% discount. " Again, I said, "Thank you, but I'm not interested. " After the transaction was finished the cashier said absolutely nothing! Not "Have a nice day, " and not even "Bye! " I did it for her by saying, "Bye, you have a GREAT day! "

Very clean staff approached and handed coloring pouches for children. (my daughters appreciated that lol.) Stock exactly what you'd expect at jc

Today we had a session for 12: 15pm. We was seen at 1: 30pm after they let a other customer in front of us. We was not happy for a number of reasons first for the wait time and there was only one employee there so great job on that manager. Second my son is autistic so we got there 15 minutes before our session and after all that wait he just did not want the pictures. The employee did what she could so thank you for that. But letting the other customer go ahead of us to fix’s there problems made a problem for us because we are not that happy with his pictures.

The employees are helpful and knowledgeable, and the quality of the goods is very good, as always. It's sad shopping at the LV mall. I haven't been there in a while, so I wasn't aware of how much like a foreign country it seems to be, or how sloppy people look or how many parents put up with loose kids running unsupervised or having screaming temper tantrums while parents shop, oblivious to the awful impression they give of themselves, their lack of care for other shoppers and the ugly impression they give of their culture. I don't like to shop online, since I like to sipport local businesses, but I disliked my shopping experience today and will not bother putting myself through that mess again.

Great staff but wish either the mall it's self or Jc penneys would do so much needed repairs to parts of store.

The attendants for the Women's jewelry were not pleasant; however, I was able to be helped promptly in the Women's clothing section.

Bathrooms always can you some Help, prices are reasonable Not sure about the polished concrete floors But as long as the prices are good I'll shop here

Sale prices were really good and when I applied for a credit card I got an extra 45% off. Really got some good deals school shopping today. The cashier was so polite and helpful.

Salesgirl was extremely helpful and pleasant. Great customer service. Store need to restock more often.

Great hair stylist at jcpenny hair salon. If u want it done right, You go see lumie she is great stylist and a wonderful person. She is a Skinny blonde girl trust me u cant miss her.

What has happened to this store? In the past I could always find quality clothing under the St James Bay line and others. Now it looks like they are trying to compete with low class chains.
JC Penney is not on the top of my list when I need classic clothing. Their housewares department is also a disappointment.

Wonderful experience! Our photographer was amazing named Nikki! Highly recommend her to do your photos. Her personality is so great and I can not wait to come again.
