Not enough registers open. Ground floor, no register available at lingerie. Escalators not working, I'm handicap with lung disease and it's hard to breathe. I had to walk far to find an open register. There is no way to know where to go. Should have been direction as to where exactly to go.
What a dump this place has become. You can’t find anyone who works there to help, and half the departments look like a tornado went thru. If this is how JCP manages its store, it’s no wonder they’re struggling to stay on business.
Quit being cheap and hire enough staff to run this place right.
How do you not carry Ralph Lauren or similar brands for Men? ! Not everyone wants to always buy active wear and irrelevant brand name clothes
We were looking for curtains, but they didn't have the type we were looking for. We want the kind that use hooks and all they had were the ones that you put the rod through.
Very clean, lighting was great.
With wife. She was looking for children's cloths. She thought the selection was limited.
I like JC Penney. I can always find what I need there and there is always discounts. Today at the Park City location Veronica checked me out. She was very friendly and professional. I had a bunch of clothes and she got them folded nicely and all in one bag.
JCPenney's prices have gone ridiculous hi unfortunately I couldn't find anything that was in my price range. This store was at Park City Lancaster Pennsylvania
We got some great deals which was nice. The sales lady was very nice. But the place looks like it's going out of business. I'm not sure if they're remodeling soon or what's going on
They have incredible expensive products and brands are very in all items and goals. They needs and wants new employees to employ them to work in their stores. They have a sales prices on products and items are still for all customers. They have a large parking spaces available. They are cleaned and organized well. The staffs and employees are very intelligent, friendly and generous helpful nice. They can do cash back. They can give you a store credit card.
Pick up is so quick and efficient. If you are pickingup online order make sure you park at the correct spot to save time.
A well known department store that has lost alot of its former glory.still a well appointed retailer, just (from observations) considerably less traffic then 5,10, or even 20 years ago. Slowly regaining the customer flow of years gone by.
Really didn't shop. Had an online return I only wish I would have known it's on the bottom floor in the back. Future reference for anyone that doesn't know. Drive around to the back of store.
Returns are on the bottom floor.
Help was scarce, then again it is everywhere today.
