JCPenney, DuBois PA

Found a lot of nice Christmas presents there and at very reasonable prices. Sales staff were all very cordial too.

Don't ever buy a mattress from JCPenney. The will not honor the warranty. If the mattress fails which is a serta mattress. They want you to buy another mattress and pay a restocking fee upfront instead of honoring the warranty which is 10years. I purchased the item less than a year ago. Not everyone has the funds to buy another mattress and a restocking fee to get the warranty which came with the purchase.

Whoever you had at the jewelry counter on September 26 around 1145 is not very nice. I was returning a watch and she was not personable what so ever. I tried being nice and talking to her and she was just down right rude. Maybe she thought I didn't look like much but in reality, I buy lots of jewelry and other things from JCPenney and with after how she acted, I left the store with nothing because of it. If I was you, I'd put someone else behind that counter. I can't imagine she sells a lot of jewelry with that attitude.

The JCPenney store has a lot to offer if you are looking for clothes, kitchen items, shoes, etc.

The nice part of this store starts with how many options you have to get into the store. 2 entrances inside the mall and one entrance by the salon. This is nice with you. You do not have to carry your bags all through the mall, which it is a plus.

Visiting the store at night was easier to look at, and it was not crowded.

I only saw one worker, but I found the clothes I was looking for without any problems.

They had a nice selection of kitchen items that were tucked back by the salon. Also, there are a lot of different kinds of towels and bedding items.

Getting a sales representative what is extremely hard and the selection is very poor also for the prices that they charge you would think the presentation of your stock would be more appealing and not everything all wrinkled

I've only shopped in this store enough to count on 1 hand and the employees are always rediclous! They are rude and stand around talking and dont offer to help. The dressing room was filthy last time I tried on clothes this December and the employee who i asked help to find me assistance in a bigger size said something volguar to me infront of my young kids! And when I told the manager she made several excuses and was cocky about it and said she would talk to her mansger, the store wasn't busy at all employees standing around talking. Terrible experience tonight with a arrogant employee in shoes display all pumas stocked on the whole shelf sale sign 29.99 for little boys as I was buying 2 pair and rang up 65 each i had to go show the cashier the sign and the shoes manager told me the sign was wrong that it was filas and that they just didnt restock the shelf and move the sign she wouldnt honor the sale price sign where it was stocked she said she could do a little off but not giving me the price it stated because it was a mistake they forgot to pick up signs when i said ok i guess I'll call co-operate she got a attitude and said go ahead ive been here 20 years they wont care! And then the manager at the register that took a purse I was buying off my pile of my items as I'm being rang up by a different employee and was going to sell to her on her register to a customer that said she wanted it! I had to say hey thats mine in my pile here of everything this girl is ringing me up for! That cashier said oh I didn't know you were buying it my customer wanted it.i said its in my pile how cant you see that shes ringing me up? UNREAL! You would think customer care and service would top priority when so many of thier chain stores are already permanently closed!
