4I got a medium button down shirt that I had tried on in store when I was wearing sweatpants. When I got home and put jeans on I realized it was ill fitting and I needed a large. When I returned to the store later the size I needed was gone. Or so I thought. Not 1 but 2 associates went looking for the shirt in my size (actually looking) and one found it misplaced in the women's section because it had an identical floral print as a skirt. They were so helpful both times and made the mess of a parking lot worth the visit.
