I started my relationship with this agency a few months ago by insuring my home after being referred to J. E. Balicki by family. Just recently, I reached back out to Kathy with the information to my vehicles and their coverages to see what they would be able to offer. I was actually able to increase my coverages, lower my deductibles and lower my premiums (from Geico) by going through a process that was simple and straightforward. Kathy was very professional, thorough and quick with her responses. I recommend her and Balicki for all insurance needs! By the way, it’s very nice to be immediately connected to your local office rather than a 1-800 call center!
