I loved coming here for an haircut and style! The price was cheap but it was very affordable with the total price of my visit being $16. My hairstylist Amanda was also very kind and very good and professional and she did an amazing job with my hair. I also loved the enviroment and how upscale and clean it was. I will for sure be coming back here soon when I need an hair service.

It was my first time there and Gabriella did an AWESOME job. She dyed my hair, did my highlights and the blow dry, and oh boy, I looked like a movie star.

My experience at Jean was amazing thanks to Gabby Krakowska! She did such a great job on my hair and made the experience amazing. My hair went from looking a mess because of box dye to looking so light and well taken care of. Definitely recommend her if you are looking to get your hair done! She did not disappoint!

I went to jean Madeline at Neshaminy to have a color touch up done and a cut by stylist Taylor Benner. She did an amazing job and my hair turned out perfect, it was exactly what I was asking for. Taylor was great at communicating with me and it was just overall a great experience. I loved my results so much that I went back for her to do a balayage on my hair. Keep in mind that I have not died my hair any color other than black in the past several years, so naturally I was excited but nervous for me to make that change. Luckily for me, Taylor is great at what she does and she did an awesome job. I could not be happier with the results of my hair. The colors in my hair blend beautifully and my hair was so shiny soft. I just absolutely love it. Seriously 10/10 I highly recommend her to anyone looking for hair styling services!

I got a facial from Amanda Kelly on Thursday. It was absolutely delightful and relaxing! I would 100% recommend to my friends. My skin looked beautiful and felt so soft afterwards.:)

Had a facial done by Dania and let me just say she was AMAZING. I have dry/super sensitive skin and she picked the PERFECT product for my skin. Hot towels are my favorite part and she made sure my were extra hot. She made sure i was comfortable the whole time and was great. Will definitely come back just to see her.

I recently got my back done then went back for a facial both done by Amanda Kelly! I have some problem areas on my back so during the process she explained each step and told me what she was using and what it does for my skin. I did have some questions and she was able to answer them and told me what to use to help clear my back. When I came back for my facial she told me the differences in the products she was using and explained what those products do for my face! Both were very relaxing and I learned more about what to look for in skin care products due to her knowledge in that area!

I had an amazing haircut from Amanda. She was very nice and did very well. I have never been happier with my haircut. I know whenever I need another one, who I will be looking for, and who I will be recommending to anyone else who needs a haircut as well. Befores and after of my hair can be seen below.

Had the pleasure of working with esthetician student named Oma, for a facial and a back facial. To my surprise- it was incredibly professional and full service. I felt like I was at a $$$ spa. Will definitely return and get more treatments from her in the future! Thanks Oma!

I went to Allison for a haircut and color and she did a fantastic job. She handled the task with patience and answered all of the questions I had. With my hair being curly and often hard to manage, Allison really understood how to work with my hair and made my hair come alive!

This was my first visit to the Institute and I was very pleased. The staff was very attentive since I got there and I had the pleasure of having a very professional student named Shavone Warren who gave me a hair treatment and a haircut. I liked her work very much, and I feel very lucky that they relocated in this area. The prices are really very good and after such a good experience I will be back for a hair color.
