Great dealership and they do great business. They really work hard to meet your needs! Don was great and worked with my wife and I to get her the car she wanted and the price she was hoping for. Awesome customer service, would highly recommend!

WOW- If I could give ZERO stars I would. And It's funny to me they will respond to the "GOOD" reviews and the only bad review responses are arguments. You can tell right there that their business is awful if they are going to ARGUE over a review. They should take those unhappy customers reviews and maybe try to make their customers HAPPY-
This is the wort dealership IMHO. The Downingtown location doesn't care about what kind of car they sell you NOR do they want to genuinely help you. If you have to buy from this dealer, I suggest you drive to their Malvern Location, where Joel is a MUCH kinder manager than George and Alexis is the BEST in sales, wanting to help and show more than one car to me, unlike Mark who just wanted the sale and didn't seem to care and just let me go on my ay without rectifying ANY of my issues. Typically, when that woman goes into a car dealer, most men are hawks and like to take advantage of that. Well, if they don't right their wrong with what they have done (sold me a way over priced used car, that has major problems, under a 30 day warranty, all my complaints were filed within 3 days of driving the POS car and NOTHING has been done except they have wasted my time). I've missed work from this stupid run around, and while I had no choice of getting a different car without issues (they promised me the car was run thru their 60 point inspections or whatever they tell you) GM George stated he WILL NOT INSPECT THE CAR and I would have to bring it in not once to get it fixed, but probably three or four times. NEVER once offered to take me to work, or ANYTHING to make me happy. He is trying to get away with ripping me off and doesn't care one single minute. DO yourself a favor and STAY AWAY from these crooks. If they can't get a deal done with me after this nonsense, it will be up to the Attorney General's office, as I have made a formal complaint against the local Downingtown Store where I purchaced the $11k Toyta Corolla and now to trade it in, they want to give me $6k for it? I got it less than 3 months ago! Thank GOD for Alexis at the Malvern location. I have a good feeling she will find a car that is suitable for me, without making me pay another arm and a leg. I am just NOT happy with the service from Downingtown at all. And I won't back down to these fools. They are just hoping I am going to go away. NOT HAPPENING. I was promised that I got all the info in within the warranty time, yet NOTHING IS BEING DONE (by Downingtown) I will leave a review for Malvern accordingly, when things are settled, at LEAST TEHY ARE TRYING AND COMMUNICATING WITH ME.

Had the most amazing experience at Jeff D’Ambrosio dealership today. Don Jackson exceeded our expectations and got me into a brand new Jeep Compass with a great payment. The process was quick and easy and he made it fun! Highly, highly recommend! Ask for Don!

I just don't get it. I buy a 60000 jeep and take it to my first service. Which is free, that's nice. But I schedule for 730 am. And as any good customer, I'm sure to be on time for my appointment. The problem is they don't open til 730. You would assume that they still would let people in, etc. But they don't. They leave a line of cars outside the building and then start letting people in at about 735. This about basic courtesy. If you don't let people in for their 730 appointment earlier, it's rude. It's that simple. I told the lady that was helping me about this and the answer was the classic "we aren't in charge of that". LOL. And then she went further to tell me that "it's hard cause there's only one door for the cars to get in" Which has absolutely nothing to do with opening up earlier. Either you open at 7am cause you have 730am appointments, or you open at 730 and move the earliest appointment to 8am. I guess the manager for the service department just doesn't get basic courtesy. Definitely should have someone explain it to him. I have 2 free oil changes and 3 free tire rotations left and that will be the last Jeff D'Ambrisio will hear from me. My next car will be bought at a dealership that actually understands customer service.

Mark Lodzuk was a pleasure to work with. As soon as I stepped into the center, I was greeted and he addressed my budget and needs. He made the buying process very smooth. This is a professional and efficient dealership. I look forward to recommending it to my friends and family. So excited to be part of the Jeep family!

I was visiting D’Ambrosio Dodge and Chrysler in Downingtown today for an express oil, lube, and filter, and information and options regarding my upcoming lease expiration. Everyone was very nice and willing to help across the board! Thank you.

I bought a car it had issues but the mechanic was excellent and got them fixed. Always ask for Joe he's a gem and a true mechanic! While my sales associate had passed away Richie was excellent at filling in where he left off! It's now been a year since this and it's gone to junk. Can't get an appointment and no one will accept warranty. Save your time. Joe was a gem but he is no longer there and the new manager is a well not a good guy no understanding at all!

We recently entered into the process of purchasing a used car with great anxiety. After speaking with multiple dealers we were left uncertain on finding someone we could trust that we could work with. Then we starting working with George Clark at Jeff D'Ambrosio in Downingtown. From the minute we walked into the showroom the whole staff made us feel welcomed and never pressured. By far this was the best experience I have ever had when buying a car. A special thanks to Frank Castillo who went out of his way to help us as our salesman through the whole process. I would highly recommend him. If you want a top notch car buying experience make the trip to Jeff D'Ambrosio Auto Group and they will work hard to earn your trust too! Great work!

Mark Lodzuk is the perfect Sales Consultant! I spoke with him earlier in the week. We discussed what I needed, could afford and hoped for. When I came to appointment, he had 2 vehicles ready. Within minutes, I was sold. Beyond excellent service, honesty and knowledge. I wouldn't go with anyone else!

I’ve only had good experiences with their service department in the past, but something has changed recently. I dropped my car off for oil change to their express lane this weekend. They usually have it done pretty quickly. Dropped off at 9: 30am and no call back. I finally call back at 5pm to be told service is closed but I can pick up my keys at reception. As soon as we entered the building and established we weren’t there to purchase a car, it’s like we were invisible. I waited in line at the receptionist’s desk for maybe 20 minutes with no one walking up to ask why we were there in back of another customer. The same car salesman working with the customer ahead of us kept lurking to see what the receptionist was doing. After 20-25 mins, my husband reasonably asked if someone else could help us, and the receptionist proceeded to yell out numbers. Apparently, she had been counting $9k of cash by hand. At one point, she starts counting the cash on top of the desk so it was clearly seen by other patrons. Then, the car salesman finally agreed to count it himself so we could move on with our night. She proceeds to tell us that she’s been counting that money for an hour because she keeps getting interrupted…. Why this dealership had her doing that is absolutely beyond me. This is just poor business practice. Not one individual apologized for our wait, we were just told it wasn’t their fault that service never called us. Sure, it’s no one’s fault that was still working but it’s also not our fault? And it wasn’t our fault that this woman was doing it all on her own while the sales floor team had walked past her hundred times and offered no assistance until we asked for help. I can only imagine how deals are made here if this is an example of business they do. Overall, everyone seemed miserable, and I will be going to other establishments who understand what customer service is.

This is our 4th vehicle with D’Ambrosio and they continue to deliver!
John Meade is a fantastic salesman and met every one of my needs!
See him the next time you are in the market for a new or used car and you won’t be disappointed!

Easiest place to buy a car, I promise!

I was referred here to service an issue I had with my 2008 Jeep Commander buy a former mechanic. The service manager was friendly and I thought they were going to identify my issue. They verified my problem but said that when my ABS engaged, it shut the scanner off. I had already replaced the left front ABS sensor and then the hub because that's what code was reading. They suggested replacing the right front hub because it was original and has rust on it.
I told the service advisor that the problem was probably the steering angle position sensor but they did not test the vehicle when stationery turning the wheel to see if that was the problem.
Replaced the right front hub just in case for no change and no surprise.
$175 diag fee here without listening to what I told them was probably the problem.
I took it to another shop who finally listened to what I thought the problem was, and it showed a faulty steering angle position sensor. $100 at a private shop to verify what the problem was.
Easy DIY part replacement. Much easier than replacing the hubs that my son did.

Absolutely the best dealership I’ve ever worked with. Fair trade, A+ customer service and a really relaxing environment. Will definitely do business here again even though they are over an hour away from me.

Very great experience with your employee Sarah. She is very knowledgeable and pleasant to speak with and she took that extra step to help with any issues that I might had to deal with.

I bought a car on 10/13/23. It has been nothing but issues. I have not driven it for six weeks, as it has been getting fixed at Jeff D’Ambrosio. They will not make payments on my behalf for the car, so I am expected to pay for a car I haven’t seen or driven in six weeks. The service department informed me that it is at a wiring specialist but they are unable to tell me WHERE the car is… because the guy on the phone just didn’t know. I have experienced headache after headache in trying to get a hold of someone about making the payments, getting a rental car, etc. At one point I made over 40 calls in a 24 hour period to get a singular answer. Every time I call, I speak with someone different, and am always met with immense confusion on the other line. Do yourself a favor and don’t shop here. Find a knowledgeable dealership who sells quality cars and has some kind of actual customer service. Because if it doesn’t go as smoothly as it should, you’ll be stuck making $600/month payments on a car that you can’t drive. George, the service manager, will not even tell me where my car is at. He flat out refused to tell me. He was rude and abrasive on the phone and mentioned my review specifically. Hi George! Please don’t call people “buddy. ” The dealership is unwilling to discuss other options as far as refunds, and making payments on my behalf, because I’m using a rental car of theirs. That’s why I pay the warranty… so I can have a car. George flat out refused my request to speak with someone about this. Now I’m made to feel like the bad guy, like I’m the issue here, because I’m a paying customer worried about my car I haven’t seen for six weeks. Don’t shop here.

DO NOT get any service work done here. I will briefly summarize my headache of an experience here. My car’s AC was not working and I took it in. Original quote was reasonable for a “cracked valve” (took 2 days to repair when I was told 1, having to take extra day off work). Picked it up- worked for a week before leaking out. They took the car back in 4 more times for repairs after this, claiming to fix the issue just for me to pick up my car and AC continues to not work. Service manager got involved and said please let us fix this issue. Was charged more money during one of these repairs. Final repair- Given a rental, and my car was in the shop for 4 months. Final repair done, previous repairs were irrelevant to the actual issue and unnecessarily done. They tell me it’s ready to pick up and I never had received an estimate, parts cost, anything. They charged me an additional 1,500 after already paying 1,000 total prior (they comp’d what I had already paid for unnecessary repairs to this repair) I never would have had this work done if my original quote was 2,500- not worth it on my car. Terrible communication, incompetent mechanics, don’t take the time to check what the real issue is with your car before doing work. Really unfortunate situation. Very little willingness to listen to the issue of not giving me a price quote, headache of not having my car for months and resolve the issue. Truthfully I have no confidence it’s even fixed now, it’s just winter and I can’t tell if my AC works now since it’s too cold out.
