On two separate accordions my calls were not returned for several weeks. On top of that they have some of the rudest clerks ever.

I went there to pick up my at home sleep study equipment and the tech, Kevin was extremely helpful and very professional. I must say that I had my doubts after reading some of the reviews. But so far front desk staff and Kevin have been wonderful. I will check back about my progress, ie.getting diagnosed and seeing the Dr.as I read in many reviews that it takes a long time for them to interpret the test. We'll see.

A most sloppy and unprofessional experience. To begin with, the patient is worried. This is a very new experience. A resident in pulmonology entered first to take my history. Then Dr. Dogramjji came in to hear my history from the PULMONOLOGIST who got it wrong, but I gave him a break. Measured my neck and checked my throat. I don't know if my neck meets his standards or not, or if my uvula is too long or too short because no one tells me anything. The resident and Dr.are having their own little chat and i hear the word seizures. Now I know that cannot possibly apply to me but why is he saying that? The patient is on the outskirts of the conversation able to deduce nothing but fear.
At one a.m. My monitor person calls my name and tells me I am not breathing and rushes in with a face mask. I tolerate it and amazingly go back to sleep. It comes to mind, does everyone get a face mask and this is really a strain on Medicare's budget?
I am awakened at six am and the tech notices that I do not use pillows. Shouldn't that preference be stated on the intake form as it would affect the test. A pillow will place your head in a different position.
I thought that item was quite important. In the beginning Dr.hands me a bottle of sleep medicine. I am discharged. That night I take his prescribed pill hoping to sleep at last. This pill did not make me sleep but rather disoriented and listless. The next day, I look up the pill that I was given and find that it receives the absolute WORST reviews I have ever seen.
My reveal appointment comes next week and who knows what secrets it will bring. Then I will escape.
