Dr Wert & staff are the best! Friendly, professional, and caring for all ages. We travel 45 minutes to their office and it is worth the trip.

Always great care, on time appointments and a positive experience with friendly staff. Still worth the drive from Lebanon county to be seen by this dental practice.

Dr. Wert and his staff provide excellent service. We have been patients for over 20 years.

I just can’t say enough about this office, definitely five star… they went out of their way to be kind and compassionate to me, and to put a rush on a bridge as I had been without four of my top front teeth for several months. I felt heard, I felt taken care of, and I cried at how fast the service was… I could tell they were very happy to do this for me. I can’t praise them enough.

I've been going to Dr Wertz office since I moved to the Poconos, several years ago and I absolutely do not regret it.

The staff is excellent. They're professional and friendly. Every dentist had been exceptional. They're great at their job and they communicate well. They hygienists are also amazing. Again, they're great at their job and the make you both aware & comfortable.

Patty is my hygenist, and she's always quick and thorough. Today, I needed a battery of xrays, and all 18 were done before I knew it.

I chose Dr. Wert's office when I moved here in 2015 because his website introduced each member of the staff. Everyone is very friendly, and Patty remembers details of our conversations even though I see her only twice a year. In fact, after my cleaning today, Dr. Wert confirmed my need for a new crown. Patty scheduled my apointment and thoughtfully walked out with me to the front office, so I had someone to chat with in case the people in the office were not available immediately to let me know my copay for the crown.

I would highly recommend this office. You just can't beat their personal touch!

I am so upset, I’ve been going to this place for over 15 years my whole family and I. I was told about 12 to six months ago that they recommend I should get a deep cleaning. Never got a call so I called in July of this year to set up an appointment to clean my teeth which they did so I go in for my teeth cleaning appointment, which was set for August as I’m there they did x-rays I was then told that they’re not gonna do my cleaning because the reason insurance never got back to him. The first time was because I did the cleaning first then they recommended they recommended the deep cleaning so they told me what I like to come back. Once I get an answer from my insurance company. I said sure that’s fine. We are now in December. Originally I received a text message in September saying call schedule your deep cleaning appointment so I thought it was done insurance gave the approval that was it, I called them then I’m told insurance never gave them an answer that I should call first I work full-time and I have kids at home so I don’t have time to call insurance. This is a recommendation that was requested by them that I do that I was OK with, but now I’m waiting all this time just to get my teeth cleaned and I’m getting an attitude by the people that answer the phones so I told him I was gonna look elsewhere I didn’t I figured give me the benefit of the doubt so I call back in December 2 months later hi I never got a call I want to schedule a cleaning. Oh I see here there’s notes you’re going somewhere else I said well I don’t want to, but no one‘s calling me back about this deep cleaning, once again, I’m told well you can call your insurance. I’m sorry I don’t have time to call my insurance. Can I just do my regular cleaning know because they recommend a deep cleaning you have to do the deep cleaning now you could do it still but you might have to pay out-of-pocket if your insurance doesn’t cover it approve it, so you made me wait all this time since the first time you told me to get the deep cleaning and once again now you’re not calling me and then you tell me to call my insurance how do I even know you guys sent anything to my insurance I would definitely not recommend this place no more I don’t know what happened to it I’ve never had an issue with this place. I’ve never been so disrespected by anyone at this place until just recently the people answer the phones are so rude, I don’t understand how you can’t follow up with a client like this must be why outside of your building it’s an excepting new patients when so many other places aren’t because you’re probably losing all your clients to go somewhere else because your people answer the phones and said the appointments don’t want to do their jobs It’s such a shame to see that this is what is happening I me and my family are gonna be going somewhere else and doing all the recommendation work there because all you guys want to do is not follow up and get someone stuff done and you really shouldn’t send a text message for someone to schedule a deep cleaning appointment. It’s not even approved, so sad on your part I’ll be posting this all over the place even on Facebook

Dr. Wert and his staff are amazing people. I have some dental issues that I've had since I was a child. Dr. Wert and his staff never make me feel embarrassed. They all make this process so easy for me. I also have other medical conditions that make it very difficult to make appointments because of the pain that I have. They work with me and understand how difficult it is. I would recommend Dr. Wert to anyone who is looking for a dentist and staff that truly care about their patients.

Clean office and exam rooms, friendly and professional front desk and dental staff and very short wait times. My Hygienist was very thorough, knowledgeable and was gentle and communicated my concerns with my teeth to Dr Wert. Dr Wert was also very thorough and attentive to my concerns and helpful in getting me the services that I needed.
