5Quick response for a Septic Cleanout. Would highly recommend him. Very reasonable in price. Very caring and a gentleman.
In 2018 I hired him for septic cleanup. However, I figured I'd hire him again for routine service (septic cleaning) again this year 2022, but I contacted him Wed. June 1,2022 and left a message and NO RESPONSE. I tried again the next day, and again I left a message but again NO RESPONSE, and yes I left another message then too. I finally called a third time and told him I'd like to hire his services. Jeff said he was going on vacation and wouldn't be back until June 14,2022, and if I wanted he'd call me back to set up an appointment. I waited patiently until Monday June 20,2022 to AGAIN remain a loyal customer and call to follow up on scheduling an appointment for service, and left a message. NO RESPONSE, The next day I called for the last time, and of course you guessed it NO RESPONSE, and I left my final message indicating if I did not receive a call I would have to call another company. It worked out to my benefit, whereas Jeffrey Singer Septic Tank charged me $375 for a 1,000 gallon tank. I called ALL STATE Septic and they answered immediately, quoted $275, and booked me for service within 3 days. I will NOT recommend Jeffrey Singer Septic Tank to anyone do to a lack of customer service, responsiveness and lack of consideration for the time of people, and the fact that he ONLY accepts CASH was suspicious when others have accepted multiple methods of payment over the 30 years I've owned this house. Jeff called back (which I must say is unusual for the Pocono's) so I had a good feeling. We used his father's septic service for years and Jeff has taken over the business. He was prompt and showed up on time, he was thorough and honest. We will use him again and highly recommend him. Thanks Jeff.
