Matt was fantastic. He met with me numerous times, including after hours around my work schedule. Talked me through the entire process and answered every question I had. Most importantly, the ring came out stunningly beautiful and my now fiancé is absolutely in love with it. Could not recommend Matt and his family more.

I sent in a watch for service and they had it for several months with nothing being done - I mailed it in, maybe they're better with face to face customers but I would not deal with them again.

The man I spoke to in there was not only helpful but knowledgeable as well. He was attentive, and helped me tremendously! The only reason 4 stars is because the mom, Kerri (not sure if proper spelling) was very off-putting. Her tone, demeanor, and overall "vibe" was not welcoming nor did it make me want to handle any business with her. I think it's a cute place but only work with the right people in there!
