I CAUTION you to BEWARE!

I hired this law firm, specifically, Christopher Bagnato for a child custody matter that he was grossly unprepared for. Mr. Bagnato arrived to my court hearing nearly 1 hour late and had no understanding of the case. I emailed the files for the case a few weeks before the hearing and he was asking me details that he should have known had he actually read the documents that I provided.

Mr. Bagnato was surprised that there was a blank sheet of paper between each page of text when he was frantically reading through the documents prior to us going into the court room. I told him in the email that I sent a few weeks prior that the scanner that I used placed a blank sheet between each page of text however, it was apparent that he didn't bother to read the email or anything else for that matter.

I was extremely disappointed in this service. I paid Christopher Baganto $1,500 in advance and he did not have the decency to put in any effort on my behalf.

This isn't how you should treat people.

To make things worse, not only did he showed up late to my hearing, he had another hearing booked (double booked) and upon fumbling through my hearing ran off to his next court hearing with very little words other than to rehire him for the next case.

I would be very careful and think three times before hiring Christopher Bagnato if you have a important case that means something to you.

DO NOT HYRE THIS FIRM THEY ARE THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL FIRM THEY WiLL MAKE PROMISES AND TELL YOU THAT THEY WILL FIX W. E MATTER IS THAT YOU HAVE AND SIMPLY TAKE YOUR MONEY. AND COME UP WITH EXCUSES AND EVENTUALLY STEAL YOUR MONEY YES! STEAL! SAYING IT TAKES 30 DAYS FOR A REFUND AND AFTER 30 DAYS THEY WILL CLAIM THEIR WORK IS PASSED THE AMOUNT YOU GAVE THEM. I HIRED THEM FROM MY BROTHER WHOS IS IN JAIL RIGTH NOW AND THEY SAID THEY WILL GET HIM OUT IN 2 WEEkS 2 MONTHS WENT BY AND ALL THEY DID WAS PUT THEIR INTRODUCTION AS HIS LAWYER. AfTer SO MUCH FRUSTRATION AND SEEING THAT NOTHING WAS BEING DONE I REQUESTED MY MONEY BACK EVEN TOLD THEM TO KEEP WHATEVER THEY SPENT ON PUTTING THEIR INTRODUCTION BECAUSE THAT WAS ALL THEY DID THEY SAID THEY WORK WAS PASSED THE AMOUNT OF MONEY I GAVE THEM WHICH WAS 5k (half of the price on the contract) and after that stopped picking up my phone calls and pretty much took my money I filed a complaint with the board of disciplinary of Pennsylvania but I feel like that’s also no making any progress. This why I’m letting everyone know they kind of people they are so please do your research don’t be as dumb as me get burn by this people who just take advantage of whoever they can! Very disappointed they definitely are one of the biggest reasons why they say “never trust a lawyer or a mechanic “

Jeff was very unprofessional. They charged me $851 per mo.which was ridiculous for a bankruptcy.

After trying to get them to change the numbers so it can be lower amount, they ignored me.

So I fired them.
