Went to the plant for some warranty work, the owner, sons and a few employees all were very helpful. The owner even fixed a wiring issue the installing dealer had created free of charge. Thanks for the great service!

My wife and I got a rash from the fiberglass. The interior of the cap was not painted or covered, fiberglass is completely exposed and coming off. I have to paint it myself. We contacted customer support with no help

Run.very disappointed with customer service /product. As you see I rate places five stars but if there was a zero star option I would. I’ll spare you the particulars but as I said. RUN away.

The truck cap looks great, but is poorly manufactured. All windows leak, water comes around the brake light as well. After a year, the locks stopped working and need replaced. You are better off buying $2k of blue tarps to put over the bed of your truck- they will work just as well, if not better, and be just as secure. Customer service is horrific. Very poor quality. Save your money and buy elsewhere.

If I could do negative stars I would. Our business sold their caps, what a joke. They are genuinely bad people. Every order had an issue. Once they send us the wrong cap and wouldn’t do anything about it, we cut ties. Do not under any circumstances do business with these people.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Have done a lot of business with manufacturers/distributors and this is by FAR THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Quality often poor and they just don’t seem to care.
