Jersey Mike's Subs reviews
15 They have the best foods and the staff is wonderful.
I went there for my birthday and I was treated very nicely
The manager is very nice and polite
On 6/7, approx 4-4: 30: . Very welcoming, friendly staff. Excellent ham, they sliced xtra thin for me. Friend loved her ch steak. Only negative, restroom soap dispenser was off the wall, in the sink.
Amazing customer service was given free sub cards by the manager as I explained I was from out of town and would be visiting for the next 2 weeks until I finished my course work I was taken near by.
I like the sandwiches here, there were a couple of times when I ordered with doordash and the driver forgot several items. When I called the store, the manager there was really nice and they directly delivered it to me. That was so nice of them and they went beyond what they do for me.
Food was great as always! I’d give a higher score if you took better care of your employees. They definitely needed an extra hand. They were composed and provided good service but clearly overworked. Also they are put at risk with all those people coming in and out of there. I was gonna ask why they didn’t have anyone out there sanitizing everything until I realized it probably wasn’t possible with such a short handed staff! Corporate greed.
It’s a Sunday night and there were only two people working. These two poor girls were doing great but clearly needed more hands! I never been so upset about the way a company treats it’s employees. The service was fine but they were clearly unhappy as the should be! They deserve better! Get it together! Sunday night football and only two people scheduled? That was a disgrace. The company advertises so much about donating but now I realize the employees suffer!
I come to this location once in a while and am amazed at the amount of people that are allowed in at once. I highly recommend doing delivery because every time I go in there it’s shoulder to shoulder. I stopped going to the one on dekalb pike because it’s always understaffed but this one was just so packed.
As always, the staff was professional, helpful and skilled. The food is always spot on. Nothing works better than a consistent food program. Well done.
Really nice service the food took me back to the days growing up in New Jersey- Nothing like a Jersey Mike's Sub- Thanks for the delicious taste & memories of loving what good food is & always will be.
I used to get lunch here a lot but this worse than wawa at that time. Y’all gotta limit the amount of ppl in there that was crazy for these times I went home and showered after that tf
Over all good experience. Sub was ok, staff ok not overly friendly tho. Very organized -meeting COVID standards- easy in and out.
Extremely hostile and vulgar workers. Simply tried ordering a sandwich and got seen at by a guy behind the counter. I have a breathing issue so I can't wear a mask. They got very aggressive and unkind. Take your business elsewhere if you value freedom.
Sandwich was ok. I got the large (I think one step down from gigantic?) and the sandwich is about the size of my hand. Lol. I won’t be ordering from here again.
Every time I go they mess up my order, if I call it in they mess it up, when I go in they mess it up. Not sure how difficult it is making a gluten free cheese steak with lettuce, tomatoe and mayo. Just tonight we ordered one and left with a regular sub with peppers ️️
Not bad, especially for some of their hot options, but if you want the best sub in the area go down the street to Primos. Jersey Mike is decent, Subway and Wawa barely edible, but Primos is the best unless you want to take a trip into Philly to Sarcones!
