Jersey Mike's Subs, Phoenixville PA

Every time I come here they always say they don’t have bread and I literally can never buy a sandwich. Most recently I went in 20 minutes before closing and was told they were closed then I explained that I called and was told they close at 6PM mind you it was 5: 40PM then the guy said well we don’t have bread. Starting to think they don’t want to service me. Very sad and disappointed in this place. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Order sandwich, had to wait till other employee showed up so guy could make sandwich. It's my fault was in a rush so it just not meant to be my day

Don’t eat here. Ordered a cheesesteak in an empty place. Kitchen looked dirty. Employees didn’t care I was there. I watched like 10 people buy food and leave while I waited for my food to hear what did you order after 40 min. Just kinda bizarre place. Shame I’ll never go back

Yummy. One of my favorite places for a really tasty sub. They have gluten-free rolls too. And they have an email club Point Program and birthday program. If you haven't had a sandwich from there, you should!

The other day got the Italian sub Mike's way. Delicious. Tonight after the Phillies game, got the cheese steak with onions and peppers. Also Delicious!

Business needs improvement. How do you run out of rolls if this is your main line of business.

We were on our way to the Phillies today and our pickup order should’ve been ready at 10: 40 but it wasn’t ready until 11: 10…we got there at 10: 52 and I was confused why it wasn’t ready cause this shop usually does a great job. I’d leave a bad review but the gal there who was clearly training the rest of the new crew was doing everything she could to hold things together…yes we lost a half hour of our planned tailgating time but the calmness and presence she dealt with every customer with was significant, especially when dealing with a customer hard of hearing - she went from asking “do you want it mikes way” to a format the customer could read her lips better - that’s great leadership and management. Kudos to the experienced staff and it’ll get better soon! They just need to keep the folks in line who show up late, cause that was clearly part of the issue, everyone has to get trained at some point!

So I try to eat at Jersey Mike’s tonight they have Open light off they have a small sign say online only I’m not sure why they thought this was a good idea I didn’t end up going to the pizza place next-door I guess Jersey Mike’s have plenty of money

Please clean the soda machines. I was appalled at the black mold all over them. This is so unsanitary and extremely unsafe for the public to drink.

We normally aren’t those people who try to get food 30 minutes before closing, but my girlfriend and I were starving and really craving a sub from Jersey Mike’s. We were expecting some kind of negative attitude, but James and Aaron took our order happily and made good conversation the whole time! Thanks for the great experience guys!

Nice place great staff and delicious food. Might seem a little pricey$ but like always you get what you pay for.

My son and I were craving a sub from Jersey Mike’s (which by the way is the best sub in the area). James and Aaron took our order and made our sandwiches exactly as we asked. Both James and Aaron make sure your sub is stacked and go out of their way to talk to you the entire time you are there! Thanks always for being the best and we appreciate you. I'd also like to give a shout out to Lamar who was also there and working hard as well. We'll see you guys soon.

Love when I get to stop at this location. The staff are super friendly, the subs are delicious, and the place is run very well.

It took a while and was a little expensive but it was yummy so would go back again. Also gluten-free for my daughter and keto friend friendly for me which was awesome!

Wow…fantastic store with terrific staff that were helpful in the ordering process and building the custom sandwich.

The bread, meats, and fixings like lettuce, tomatoes, onions were all very fresh.

We were driving by the area and stopped in because the mall looked interesting and we were hungry-

Glad we stopped into Jersey Mike’s.

Grab yourself an Italian sub done “Mike’s Way”, adding the Mike’s Way part will get you all the fixings. It’s easier to say that for both you and the staff- plus - it’s a sandwich you’re gonna be happy with and enjoy eating.

The store itself was clean and open with plenty of indoor seating.

If you’re hungry and looking for a tasty sandwich, this is the place to go.

Gross! Witnessed visibly ill employee touch head, neck, face several times with gloved hand while making sandwiches. Employee also appeared to nick finger with knife. Manager just sat there and watched.or not watched? I left before ordering my sandwich after waiting in line and observing employee who wasn't aware that the gloves weren't for keeping his hands clean.
