Showed up at 10: 15. They say they open at ten. The guy inside sees me and another customer waiting there and doesn’t even acknowledge us. He goes back to prep work almost deliberately moving slow. Finally after ten minutes I left. Very disrespectful

Classic, high quality hoagie place. Why go to Subway or WaWa? This place cuts meat and cheese in front of you, and the meat stack is thiccc.

Jersey Mike is the best sandwich place ever! The Hoagies are so packed I thought I was carrying a new born baby that’s how heavy it was. The taste is second to none and the bread didn’t even get soggy after a couple days in the fridge. I drive close to ten miles just for a hoagie and it is still well worth the ride!

Jersey Mike's is always solid. Every location I've been to has always been well run, and serves good food.
I wanted to give a special shout-out to this blue bell location however because of how they were handling difficult customers.
I went in on Superbowl Sunday, about two hours before game time. This location is in the suburbs of Philadelphia, who of course are playing in the big game. I was only going in for two sandwiches, and right after I ordered, they announced that they had run out of bread. Customers were understandably annoyed, but some became irate, and extremely rude. The staff did their best to accommodate what they could, explain the situation. But of course, you can always count on certain people, especially the type of person who waits until an hour before kickoff of the super bowl to try and order party platters to be extremely rude. Some of them were even shouting obscenities at the staff. They kept their cool, served as many people as they could, and went about their business professionally.
Major kudos to all involved here.

I come here sometimes after having a hard day at work, and nothing beats a rough day quite like a MASSIVE SANDWICH

Just walked in to order lunch. It’s completely empty inside, I’m the only customer and the lady completely ignored me. She then proceeded to start making online orders and still paid me no mind. So I left and I will not waste my time coming back to eat their mediocre food.

Mobile order alert: If you order grilled sandwiches be prepared to wait 45 additional minutes from when you get your text that your order is ready. Then, they proceed to take walk in orders and process them first.
