11Service was terrible. The lady who prepared my food tonight scratched her hair with gloves on twice. I had to ask repeatedly to change her gloves because she scratched her hair with them on. Then when I asked her to she got a attitude with me after. Also she was holding a conversation on her phone with someone on her airpods instead of paying attention to customers, she acted like it was a bother to work.
There were 2 ladies working. They were working hard must've been alot of to go orgers. It was hot in there though. They deserve a kudos for getting everyone their food without a long wait.
Just a horrible experience. Was asked to give my order while worker was in the middle of making another persons order completely blowing me off half the time. Then the grill cook kept looking back at me as she made my sandwich, then proceeded to make a sandwich with the most hot sauce I’ve ever seen in my life. I specified “no blue cheese add ranch” was given almost ZERO ranch and extra triple the hot sauce. Completely ruined sandwhich. Customer service is absolutely horrible, nobody has even close to a smile on their face everybody wants you gone as soon as you enter. Just a horrible horrible experience for a place I’ve loved for so many years
8/11/23 the employees that worked on this night were extremely rude. They actually acted like they were upset We were there. They barely spoke three words to us, didn’t even ask what kind of bread we wanted or anything.we got home with the food and it got worse from there. I will not be going back to this place.
Terrible experience. Didn't get all the food I ordered for an online pickup and the sandwich was wrong. Didn't see this mistake until I got home and opened everything. Reached out and never heard back. So disappointing.
EDIT: Emailed them per their response below and haven't heard anything back almost a week later, so they don't really care.
They either have gluten free buns and it's not selectable in the app as an option, or it's selectable as an option and they don't have it in store lol. Very little meat on their sandwiches and the location is filthy. Worst location in the franchise, avoid.
Twice ordered via Uber Eats. Got a notification that JM cancelled the order, but no refund. Two times. Shame on me.
This was some of the worst service I've had in a very long time. It started with them being out of the bread I wanted, wheat. Then the person making my sub started putting the wrong meat on my bun. She then proceeded to talk so much to her coworker that she stopped to clean the counter and took 3 minutes to get back to my sandwiche. I told her what I wanted and then half away thru, while still engulfed in her conversation almost didn't give me the extra mayo and bacon I requested to begin with. I seemed to be the least of her concerns. She had not idea I had even paid a solid 5 minutes before she finally finished my sub. I won't go back to this location ever again.
The staff are friendly and helpful and upbeat! The sandwiches are made exactly how you ask. Love it for having a good tasting gluten free bun! This place if 100 times better than Subway!
Don’t order from here online. We ordered several subs through Uber Eats. And the store labeled our order as complete. And fortunately we had a good and honest Uber Eats driver. They were out of several things and still marked our order as complete. And the Uber Eats driver noticed our order was missing things and called us. And we tried to call the store and they hung up on us. So we had to cancel our order. We tried to call the store several times and were hung up on. Very unprofessional. We love their subs but this store has turned us off from ever wanting to order from them again in person or online.
Went in to order for my very first time. Felt like I had to beg for information. I'm asking more questions like"oh you have different breads? " "Is the vinegar something regularly put on grilled subs? " Anyways decided I wanted rosemary got home to eat and its plain. Wasn't cut into 4. Felt like they were more focused on getting numbers than satisfying the customer. Otherwise might have been a great sub. Will try different location maybe.
