The funeral director we worked with, Tim Hobbs, was incredibly insensitive and lacks professionalism. Very disappointing experience during a difficult time. I especially, do not recommend working with him if you are a person of color.

Everyone was so respectful, supportive and listened to me. My husband was truly respected. Gave me clear direction as to where to be through the funeral process. As a grieving widow things are a blur they helped me every step of the way.

Everything was handled very professionally and compassionately. We were able to have the services that we wanted.

Do not take your pets to be cremated here. Absolutely no care for your fur family and makes excuses for errors made on their part. First attempt at pickup they gave me the boxes with no nameplate or pawprints. Second attempt after not hearing from them after 2 weeks, rushed job nameplates and they lost my pets pawprints. The ones they found and sent are attached.

At a very difficult time more than you can imagine, the loss of a loved one. Nathan Bittner went way beyond to listen and to comfort
me through this transition and process. I was very impressed of how caring he could be. I know after all the pain I have been through she is now in good hands. Thank you Nathan Bittner, most of all thank you for your kind words. Peace be with all. ️

This is the first time i had to prepare for a funeral. You may say I was ignorant to this whole process. Geigle (Peter) was amazing. It was like they held my hand and walk me through this entire process. They were so kind and patient. They work with me and my budget. They are AMAZING and they gave my mother the best "going home"service.
