JEVS Human Services reviews
8This is a very good place they are nice and kind they really help you with anything that you need help with jobs good experiences training they also have learning toolkit now and they also give out beds for your kids everybody here works very well and it go over and beyond to help you what you need
As soon as you find a job they cut you off. I will give 3 stars because the program is very useful to anyone “actually” seeking help. But you get assigned to a worker that 9/10 you won’t even see or talk to. The worker you get assigned to never answers the phone or return phone calls or emails in a timely fashion enough for the participant to be in compliance with the program standard (which is very frustrating). Then they go and reject you at the press of a button and then you have to deal with your district saying “you’re up for a county district suspension”. This program isn’t set for anyone needing to get back on their feet. It’s set for people who wanna just sit and waste 2-3 hours in the morning to keep receiving welfare. I feel like they should do better by doing follow ups with the “GO GETTERS” that are enrolled into the program by asking if transportation is needed in a timely fashion, better follow ups about employment or training Accepted by client, and over all communication from workers to clients.
DONT WORK AT THIS DISGUSTING AGENCY, MY MOM GOT LIED ON BY THIS COMPANY, RUINED HER RECORD AND NOW SHE CANT GET A JOB, THEY GAVE HER A SCHEDULE & ESCORTED HER FROM THE BUILDING. PLEASE BE CAREFUL WORKING HERE. NASTY UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE.
Don’t know how to thank JEVS enough for stepping in and helping me through one of the hardest periods of my life. Helping my children navigate through the whole College admission process, employment opportunities and finding a job for me too. You’re open hearts to those in need is immeasurable ️
Poor services provided help is never given nor received staffing is very unprofessional no one seems to be concerned of a persons mental health nor are they concerned of people’s living situations a good run for your money by your health provider insurance please don’t waste your time trying to seek services by jevs human services
An inquiry was submitted regarding employment opportunities. My call was returned. My resume was submitted and there was no response. Very unprofessional. The one star was for the woman that was so kind to listen and help.
Jevs addiction services is becoming more and more chaotic and disorganized by the day! Terrible experience and not client friendly, would not recommend Act1 or 2 to anybody.
Dependable. Staff has determination to elevate anyone to be in a better position for self worth, employment and family situations. A HELPING HAND TO A BRIGHTER FUTURE.
