With a 40 year career span in IT management, I have utilized numerous recruiting firms. The use of multiple recruiting firms stopped however when I began working with JFC! In my first engagement with JFC's Michael Paul, I questioned why all recruiting firms didn't use her approach. Michael genuinely cares about success for both the client and candidate. It is evident that she does the necessary background work and doesn't waste anyone's time - she ensures that the client's needs are clearly understood, diligently screens possible candidates and prepares them for the interview. She also works to learn the culture of the client's environment to ensure a good fit. In the past, finding the right candidate has required significant time working with multiple recruiting firms. That stopped after the experience that I had with JFC/Michael - they are now my first/last point of contact and always come through!

Robert and his team are fantastic to work with, they have coached us through times where we are thin and need quality staff quick who meet the Visiting Angels way. I have used the services twice for a full-time hire and would do it again.

Horrible experience. Called and was asked to come in on Monday and doors were locked it took 3 more weeks to finally get ahold of someone after calling and leaving a message everyday just to get an email saying I don't qualify for any jobs. How would they know if they didn't receive any of my information. Very rude liars. Beware
