They were sent to me thru AHS, smooth from start to finish. I dealt with 4 different people and they were ALL great, from the first guy that came an assessed the problem, to the guy that placed the order for the new furnace to the 2 guys Chris and Eric that did the install. They let me know what was going on from beginning to end. This is how you do business.

Responded in a timely manner. Showed up when they said they would and provided quality service. The technician worked hard, even late at night, and went above and beyond while in my home. I am extremely pleased with JG Services. Thank you.

Joe was fabulous! Quick, efficient, and very knowledgeable and (as a new homeowner) he walked me through everything he did and made sure I understood how the system worked. Highly recommend this company, they were a pleasure to work with and had great communication!

I’d give JG Services 10 stars if I could! They were very quick to come out to my home and my issue was resolved it a timely manner. The technicians were super knowledgable. Everything was explained thoroughly and all of our questions were answered. My family will definitely use JG Services again in the future. I highly recommend them.

This company goes above and beyond. They were sent to me through my AHS warranty for a furnace. However, before the furnace could be replaced, electrical work needed to be done. They took the time to explain to me what exactly needed to be done by the electrician, and even offered to help me find an electrician, because the first ones quote was ridiculous. They answered any questions I had, and even spoke with my electrician to make sure they were on the same page. When they arrived, Tyler and Eric what professional and friendly. They explained to me things I needed to know about my new furnace, to make sure it kept running at maximum capacity. If I have any other HVAC needs, they will definitely be the first ones I request, whether my AHS warranty covers it or not.

Erin and Chris from JG Services recently installed our new HVAC system. They were professional, knowledgeable, punctual, and they were happy to answer all of our questions. Eric and Chris provided thorough service throughout the entire installation including walking us through warranty information, how to operate the unit, and they cleaned up after all debris before leaving. We highly recommend JG Services and specifically Eric and Chris.

The technician went above and beyond our expectations. Had another company come and they didn’t fix our issue. Once your technician came he identified the problem just by looking at the unit and corrected it and even cleaned the unit spending more time then expected!

My family was having trouble with our air conditioning unit and required their services. A guy named Justin was sent out to help and he was best. He was on time, professional, respectful, kind, cool and best of all, knowledgeable. He was able to answer all of my questions. I could tell he took his job seriously and actually enjoyed doing the work. JG Services hired a good one in him.

I got JG services through my home warranty for my a/c. Joe, the technician arrived on time, explained the issue with my communicating system and replaced the faulty thermostat. Courteous and professional throughout. Definitely recommend them.

I cannot say enough of what I feel about this company Matt and his team of professionals are excellent! I am more than satisfied with the work done with my Central Air Unit. The customer service is great, having the patient with me was absolutely wonderful. Matt is great and his expertise is outstanding. Eric and Chris made me feel comfortable at my home, explain what was done and clean up their work area afterwards. My husband who has passed away a year now always took care of things at home so without him I am totally loss. But Matt help me to understand the system and never made me feel bad. I was connected with JG Services through my home warranty, and I am so grateful. The technicians are top notch, and the guys in the office are on top of everything. There was a slight glitch installing our new AC, but they kept working until everything worked perfectly. And you cannot beat the value that they offer.
