25Had my car inspected when I pulled up the one of the employees even told me it was a Kia dealer down the street the manager on duty act like he was to busy to do my state inspection I spoke with him personally no other customers was in the facility he was on the computer I had to remind him about customer customer service and I couldn’t see it he I was gonna have to get air 3 hours he then decided he could do it it 1 hour other customer came in and was wanted on right away I would hate to think I was because I was black and they were white. Just saying. I felt like it was personal I always use this establishment for my service never was I made to feel this way

I called 2x today trying to get an oil change. 1st time I'm told at least a 1hr wait. So I waited and called back 5 hours later and was told the wait time is going to be at least 40 min. Thought Jiffy Lube was suppose to be speedy service, guess not
I used to get my oil changed somewhere else. Now I will only ever go to Jiffy Lube. They were so nice, and got the job done really quick. I was in and out in less than an hour, and that was in the middle of the day on Saturday. Great service!

Well service at Jiffy Lube in Springfield was great I had about a 10 minute wait time before they got to my car I was in there about a half hour 45 minutes at the most I couldn't figure out how come they didn't have me some hot breakfast but lady but that was okay an expected all of the workers were very helpful courteous on point with what needed to be done they didn't try to sell me anything I didn't mean they did everything I did need except serve me breakfast but like I said that's okay we laughed they did a job and I went to breakfast I've always gone there and I'll go back again thank you guys for all of your help

After a very bad experience at a local shop I was almost desperate for an oil change. Jiffy lube was my last resort. But I had such a great experience there it will be my first choice from now on. Thanks for a great job guys.
THEY COMPLETELY FORGOT TO ADD THE OIL I TOOK WITH ME. ROYAL PURPLE. THEN THEY HAVE THE AUDACITY TO SAY THAT MY CAR BURNT THROUGH THE OIL IN LESS THAN A MONTH. There are ZERO leaks and it was purring before I took it to them! Started acting up and after a couple weeks I check the dip stick. NO OIL.okay, I thought the dip stick was too short! NOT THE CASE!
This location deserves ZERO stars. Could have completely ruined my engine had I not added more to it later that (bc They told me 5 quarts was not enough) day as they advised me to do.then added more two weeks later.
Forget who exactly who completed my oil change, pretty sure he had gauges, but he was great was done in 20 minutes! Thank you Jiffy Lube!
Service was quick but they did work to my car that I didn’t ask for & charged me for it & that is shady i will never go back
I got my break light changed and they left the hood of my car popped and pulled my car out of the garage. I shut it with ease but it just shows they aren't thorough.
Service was quick, thorough, and the attendants were friendly and knowledgable. I will continue to use Jiffy Lube. They are conveniently located and offer great and quick service.
I can’t remember the guys name but he was very friendly. He explained everything that he was going to do so that I could understand what they were going to do for my car.
I will be new to the area and was excited to see a local spot I could get my oil changed at, however, going to this place was a mistake. I got my car one year ago and **had not had any problems with it**. I went to Jiffy Lube for an oil change and they rotated my tires. I drove home, and did not drive it until the next week (I don't need to drive to work), at which point one of my hubcaps fell off. Interesting right? No problems for a year. Jiffy Lube takes my tires & hubcaps off and switches them around and now a hubcap falls off.
I contacted Jiffy Lube and they told me to come in and talk to the manager before 5pm. I drove 30 minutes that day to Jiffy Lube and arrived at 3pm. I was told the manager went home. The man who assisted me went into an office for at least 10 minutes before coming out, taking pictures of my car, and telling me the regional manager would call me Monday. By late Monday afternoon I had not received a call yet, so I called them. I was told 'Oh, he will be calling you tomorrow'. So, not sure I would have gotten that memo if I hadn't reached out to them. Tuesday came and left without any call. Midday Wednesday, I called Jiffy Lube again. I spoke to a man who told me I indeed had spoken to a manager, that someone could have 'stolen one of my hubcaps', and that there was NOTHING they could do for me. Nothing. Now, if I were this manager, I would probably do SOME type of customer service / damage control - at the very least for all the trouble and lack of customer service on their end, notwithstanding the hubcap. I really must have been mad to think if they could not replace them then perhaps they'd offer a complimentary service or something for all the trouble. But no, they said 'we will not do anything for you'.
Don't go to this place. They don't understand customer service. It was almost as if I was a crook and went around to different places doing this as a scheme, which doesn't make any sense.
