I came in three separate times to get my car inspected. The first was on a Tuesday, they told me to come back in the morning so I would have a better chance at getting it inspected. I work so I had to wait until the upcoming Friday since I would be off from work. I came in that Friday and waited for almost (spent 2 hours waiting outside since that was the expected time it would take) 6 hours before they called and told me that they wouldn’t be able to get it done that day due to a repair that was taking longer than usual. I picked up my car and came in the following morning (Saturday) and ONCE AGAIN, I was told they didn’t have time to get my car in.

I’m extremely disappointed that I’ve spent hours at this location and not once has my car been looked at.

I came in for a tire rotation. They were able to take me right away at a reasonable price. When my discount coupon was refused by the computer, they even provided an alternative discount bigger than what my coupon was good for.

I took my truck into this shop and got an inspection, I was informed that I needed about 1000 dollars in front end work to pass inspection, No big deal As I have had the truck for a long time and had not done any work to the front end 170k miles not bad. I was also failed for an Airbag warning light and a nail in the left rear tire.

I'am not the type of person to spend money without knowing what I'm spending money on and the reason why. So naturally I downloaded the regulations guide for Pennsylvania state inspections. Low and behold any type of warning lights are not an automatic failure like was explained to me after I confronted one of the techs about this he assured me it was.

Well I called 4-5 different shops as well as the state inspection officer for York county. The state inspection officer and every other inspection mechanic I talked to confirmed what I had read and what I understood to be true. A warning light is not an automatic failure. I spent my lunch break and part of my day getting this cleared up. I picked my truck up and was informed they spoke with said inspection officer and they apologized. I was also informed that I did need to address the nail in my left rear tire, not a problem. I drove down to the nearest tire place to have it looked at and for some documentation. Also wanted to make sure they had actually done the front end work they said that was needed. Surprise NO NAIL in the tire. It was part of a rock that was lodged in my tread. The fine fellas at Mavis tire didn't charge me anything and wrote me up a report at which I brought back to this jiffy lube for the third time to receive my inspection sticker.

Countless hours and some time off of work aswell as 1000 dollars worth of mechanic work schedule after the fact that I learned their inspection tech was an imbecile. I will not be taking any of my vehicle to this location again, I've also contacted the state attorney general the better business bureau aswell as the county inspection officers office of which I have a case number.

If you have been bamboozled by these people's incompetence I would advise you to do the same. The phone number can be found on the penndot website.

This Hanover location has some of the greatest employees who have amazing customer service! I left feeling VERY happy with my experience! You get 5 star treatment from the moment you pull in!

Always great service, very polite, honest and straight forward. They explain things in detail. If you don't need something they won't push it on you, and they will tell you up front.

They are fast, friendly and well priced. I have never had any negative interaction with any employee ever, they are always upbeat and helpful. Knowing the owner and the quality of his character it is easy to see that same impressive quality in each person on his team. After countless visits my experience is always consistent, excellent. What else could anyone hope for?

Oil change and a four-tire rotation was done quickly with no appointment necessary. The crew knew what my vehicle needed and they were sensitive to how pricey car maintenance can be. This place is great when my kids have practice or when I can run across the street to do some other shopping.
Look online for coupons, they honor all of them.

Great experience! We were in and out with an oils change and tire rotation in 15 minutes. I love how they are very transparent about pricing when they let you know about factory recommended services. Everyone was very friendly and efficient.

I went to Jiffy Lube for the first time today and was pleasantly surprised. The staff were friendly, quick, and helpful. When they found something wrong with my car (cracks in belt, bulbs out, filters dirty) they showed it to me so that I could make an informed decision. I will definitely be coming back.

In September 2016 I went to the Hanover Jiffy Lube. It was my first time at any Jiffy Lube. They treated me so well. They were knowledgeable and very thorough. I was so impressed with the excellent service I received. I won't go anywhere else from now on. The customer service was outstanding. Everyone that was working was very polite.

Not friendly staff i came twice for inspection drove 2 hr coz m at work nd my inspection is getting over nd they said we can't assist you coz i have another cars waiting i called them before coming here they said we will take care of u but ended up with sorry we can't assist you today.

The staff is friendly, point out other things that may need looking at in the future, but we never feel pressured, which is their best quality! The guys here are great, good work guys!

I have gone to this Jiffy Lube every 5,000 miles for the past few years. I find the staff friendly and never feel pushed into adding additional services. Plus, this location is nice because its next to a Wal-Mart, so you can do a little shopping while your car is getting serviced.
Once, I asked to have my tires rotated and the guys forgot. Really no big deal. They work quickly and I have never had any issues. I recommend them.
