Bianca was fantastic! Personable and definitely conveyed a genuine concern for proper coverage and offering rounded packages. The person that set my appointment however.made it seem as though it was a required meeting or my policy was going to be canceled. I took off work under what I believe were false pretenses. I would hope that was not the intent of the agency and it would be rectified for future meetings.

A few months ago I was in an accident. I was injured my car was totaled and since that day I have been working to put my life back together. Today a representative from State Farm named Bianca called me just to make sure I reported my car being off the road so I wouldn’t have to pay for insurance I wasn’t using. Imagine that, someone calling to save me money! She let me know I could suspend my coverage for six months which is a big help as I work towards getting a new car. Thanks Bianca and thank you State Farm.
