Horrible customer service. Bought a “cerified” pre-owned vehicle and it died less than a month after purchase. Their response: pay them $700 and jump through every imaginable hoop to get any answers at all. Buying here was a mistake.

Dustin P.at Jim Shorkey's in North Huntingdon went above and beyond. It was late in the evening and he still had the "Help you" drive of the morning! Great deal, awesome service and a happy customer! (Ian, Chris, and gentleman that provided the Luxcare this evening all were very helpful assisting Dustin in the business transaction/experience!)

Great place. Sales team all offered me pizza and drinks. Kenzie actually pitched in and helped clean my car. I highly recommend. Thanks to the detailer for staying late on a Saturday.

Very quick to contact me and set up an appointment. Had options ready for me to look at and test drive. Mindy was very, very informative and helpful. She knew any answer to all of my questions and didn't mind staying a bit late with us. Great place to get a first car, with very kind people to help out. Be sure to ask for Mindy Wymward! She'll help you get the best price on the car you want!

EDIT: I'm very happy I found this positive review from years ago. Do not expect shorkey to honor warranties or do things in your best interest. They act only in their own interest! They attempted to deny me the power train warranty on my outlander sport. Calling another dealer they let me know that my issue was absolutely covered under the warranty AND they knew who I had dealt with from what I told them about being denied (I did not explicitly state shorkey or any locations). Do yourself a favor, and find another dealer that honors factory warranties and is going to go the extra mile for you. Shorkey will get you in the car, and shake you for any pennies you have left!

Waited 6 hours for an inspection and brakes to be put in, rotor machine didn’t work, no updates. Booked an appointment at 10: 30 am and showed up early, left the dealership around 4pm. No rental car or transportation offered until car was finished.

Let me start by saying I left the dealer ship with my 9yr old and 5yr old daughters crying, because the car I was filling out paperwork to purchase was sold right out from under us. We wasted 3 hrs there in a very hot office, and then it took me an hour to calm my 9yr old down. The used car manager was to "busy" to get my loan process started in a timely fashion. They claim they want to try and compensate me by trying to find me another vehicle to get me. So I found one on there site now they are unwilling to meet me where I would reasonably like to be to even save face. If something changes I'll update.

Nothing changed, they reached out once and it was not very good. So it looks like it never went anywhere.

Place treat you like family soon as you walk in the door my son got a best buddy there and AYLA was just wonderful from the time she greeted me till the time I left helped me understand everything and answered every question I threw at her Jim Shorkey got a gem in the store with her

I have within the last two years bought two cars from Jim Shorkey dealerships and been very satisfied with not only their service but their professional courtesy. However I recently helped my Son purchase a car from Jim Shorkey Mitsubishi, a dealership I had not previously Dealt with. He bought a 2010 Chevy Malibu with low mileage which was very encouraging. He drove the car for about a week and the dashboard went out. He took it back to them and they agreed to fix it. He got it back and it still did not work right and the car didn’t seem to be driving right. At this point he’s owned the car for just under three weeks but has only driven it for about a week. He took it back to them and they told him they had used a used part which apparently didn’t work so they had to order a new one which they would replace. They told him to drive it until then and they would let him know when the new part was in. He had not driven it long when the whole car died and would not drive. He towed it back to them on his own expense and they said that the transmission was bad. They would fix it for him but he would have to pay for it. The best they could do was offer him an employee discount so they estimated about $2500. He bought a car in good faith from them drove it for maybe at best 10 days and the transmission went. The car had less than 70,000 miles on it and they’re saying they are not responsible for the transmission. This is at best shady used car dealership action and I am totally blown away that a reputable company like Jim Shorkey would treat one of their customers like this. They should be responsible for what they sell. Do not buy a used car from this dealership unless it comes with an outstanding warranty. They don’t back up what they sell.

Ayla is one of the best personable car sales gal that helped me get into my new Mitsubishi Outlander Sport! She was very knowledgeable of everything and very welcoming like family. And would still keep in contact with me to check to see of I still loved my vehicle I had purchased. If you love kind and knowledgeable car sales hit my girl Ayla she'll make it happen

We had an incredible experience buying our Outlander last week. When another local dealer fell short on their customer service we called Austin from their parking lot and drove the extra 15 miles to visit his location. Best decision ever!

I want to give the biggest shout out to Danielle McMichael. My husband and i went in kinda having an idea about what we was looking
for, as soon as wet met her she was the sweetest person ever, right away offered to help us. We told her every thing we was kinda looking for in a vehicle and she worked so hard to make sure she found us the perfect vehicle for our family of 4. I cannot say how much I appreciate everything she did for our family! Definitely a 10/10 working with Danielle and this location!

Received a call 6 months after buying my truck to see if I was enjoying it and to see if I had any problems. Ayla was the best during and after my buying experience. Customer service is top notch!

Had a great experience with the purchase of my vehicle in 2019 but when I traded it in two years later and tried to cancel and recover a credit owed from the GAP insurance that I took out on it, everyone seems to disappear! Huh? ! Anyone else have this problem?

The automatic text message I received had a link to schedule the appointment myself. I tried several times, but it didn't work. I finally gave up and called the dealership service department. The folks in service were great, and had me squared away for an appointmentment in seconds. When my service was completed, they offered me a free car wash, which was awesome.

Austin was fantastic! He was very laid back and professional. My husband and I felt he was always putting the customer first. Mike Opel was fantastic as well. He is the reason we came in to repurchase a Mitsubishi. Great people, great experience! I will recommend my family and friends go to Jim Shorkey Mitsubishi!
